"C" BEFORE "D" - CONGRESS BEFORE DECLASS?
When VP Mike Pence comes to count the votes of the 7 Duelling Elector States on Jan 6th and someone raises an objection on the grounds of Election Fraud (which they will) what is to stop him saying, "Well why don't we hear the evidence right here and now before we decide which slate of Electors to count?"
What then follows is a full world-wide public hearing of the evidence - something no court has actually done so far. I suspect POTUS has some real tasty evidence tucked away that nobody has seen yet - like what might be in DNI Ratcliffe's post election report. How could anybody object to those disputed 84 votes going to POTUS after everybody has seen indisputable evidence?
POTUS won a landslide victory, perhaps the biggest victory in history so wouldn't he want the real actual numbers preserved in the history books rather than take some "procedural" route to victory that would be disputed by the Dems and many world leaders and which hang over his administration for the whole of his second term?
Makes sense that something spectacularly big will drop on Jan 6th that will convince everybody that POTUS won.
