President Trump Joins Call Urging State Legislators to Review Evidence and Consider Decertifying ‘Unlawful’ Election Results

President Trump spoke to 300 state legislators from the battleground states of Arizona, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia on Saturday in a Zoom conference call hosted by Got Freedom? in which the 501 (c) (4) non-profit election integrity watchdog group urged those lawmakers to review evidence that the election process in their states was unlawful and consider decertifying the results of the November 3 presidential election.

President Trump addressed the call for 15 minutes at the invitation of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, who now serves as the president’s personal attorney, and was one of the featured speakers on the call.

Other featured speakers included Chapman Law School Professor John Eastman, Dr. Peter Navarro, Assistant to the President for Trade and Manufacturing (appearing in his personal capacity), John Lott, Senior Advisor, U.S. Department of Justice (also appearing in his personal capacity), and Liberty University Law School Professor Phill Kline.

Kline, a former attorney general in Kansas, is a spokesperson for the 501 (c) (4) Got Freedom? non-profit, and also serves as director of the 501 (c) (3) Amistad Project of the Thomas More Society, an election integrity public interest law firm which is engaged in litigation regarding the 2020 election.

In a press statement released after the call, GotFreedom? said they conducted Saturday’s “exclusive national briefing . . . at the request of state legislators from Michigan, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin to review the extensive evidence of irregularities and lawlessness in the 2020 presidential election.”

“A similar briefing is being scheduled in Washington, D.C. at the request of Members of Congress,” the group noted.

A joint session of the newly convened 117th Congress will meet in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday to determine if they will accept the results of the December 14 meeting of the Electoral College, in which Joe Biden received 306 Electoral College votes for president and Donald Trump received 232 Electoral College votes.

If at least one member of the House of Representatives and one member of the Senate object to certifying those votes on Wednesday, each chamber must then separately hold a debate on whether to accept those Electoral College votes.

More than 30 members of the House have already announced they will object to certification. Last week, Sen. Josh Hawley (R-MO) announced he will publicly object to certification.

Dallas police rescinds memo for officers to ignore stolen vehicle, criminal mischief calls after it’s leaked online

Police in Dallas, Texas, has backtracked on its memo for officers not to respond to 911 calls about an array of offenses, including car theft, criminal mischief and reckless damage, saying it was sent “prematurely” after outcry.

The internal memo, which began making rounds online on Saturday, was to come into force Monday, January 4, and would have seen police officers no longer being dispatched to 911 calls dealing with stolen cars, criminal mischief, reckless damage, graffiti, runaway children and identity theft, among other offenses.

The 911 dispatchers were instead told to ask victims to file reports online through the Dallas Online Reporting System (DORS).

According to the leaked document, an exception was to be made for callers who lack internet access or if a call-taker “hears an ongoing disturbance or distress” on the other end of the receiver.

Officers were also to respond to the otherwise deprioritized calls if the online reporting mechanism malfunctions.

Almost as soon as the memo was posted online, it drew a considerable pushback. Conservative radio host Mark Davis accused police of “a complete surrender to the attack on policing,” while others interpreted the recommendations as a call to arms.

It did not take long for the Dallas police to rescind the yet-to-be-implemented memo. However, the department did not rule out the guidelines being enforced in future, saying that the force was “still in the evaluation phase on this item.”

“Although conversations have been held on this topic, the memorandum was sent prematurely,” they said.

While some applauded the move, others argued that the police went into damage-control mode in a bid to “appease” critics, and that the memo could be reinstated when the dust settles.

Microsoft Says Source Code Was Accessed During SolarWinds Hack

"This latest cyber-assault is effectively an attack on the United States and its government and other critical institutions, including security firms."

Microsoft announced that their source code was accessed as a result of the SolarWinds breach in a statement on December 17.

“The attack is ongoing and is being actively investigated and addressed by cybersecurity teams in the public and private sectors, including Microsoft,” said Microsoft President Brad Smith. “As our teams act as first responders to these attacks, these ongoing investigations reveal an attack that is remarkable for its scope, sophistication and impact.”

Smith noted in the statement that the cyber attack is still ongoing, but the company “has identified and has been working this week to notify more than 40 customers that the attackers targeted more precisely and compromised through additional and sophisticated measures.”

Microsoft asserts that the bad actors were unable to edit the source code, but did not say how many source code repositories were compromised or how long the source code was accessed for.

While many have suggested that Russia and/or Russian actors are responsible for the SolarWinds cyber attack, President Donald Trump has suggested that China may have been involved, as National File reported.

President Trump also said that the cyber attack could have impacted “our ridiculous voting machines” during the 2020 US election, adding that the election was a “corrupted embarrassment for the USA.”

This comes after several days of the mainstream media repeatedly blaming Russia or Russian actors for the devastating attack.

‘Republicans for Biden’ Headliner Visited China On CCP-Sponsored Trip

A delegation composed of former U.S. Congressional representatives – including fundraisers for the “Republicans for Biden” group – visited a Chinese Communist Party-led think tank flagged by the U.S. government for conducting “undercover intelligence gathering” operations, The National Pulse can today reveal.

The trip was organized as part of the CUSEF operation seeking to “disseminate positive messages” and “favorable coverage” regarding China.

The delegation, which visited China’s capital city of Beijing and province of Hunan in April of 2012, featured five former members of the U.S. House of Representatives: Constance Morella, Barbara Kennelly, Philip English, John Tanner, and Martin Frost.

Morella, one of two Republican members on the five-person delegation, backed Hillary Clinton in 2016 and Joe Biden in 2020, holding fundraisers on behalf of Biden as part of the “Republicans for Biden” group. She has also recently participated in pro-CCP policy events alongside Chinese Communist Party representatives on Capitol Hill.

“I just don’t hold [Trump] in the highest regard with regard to integrity,” said Morella, who accepted the trip and speaking roles from the greatest human rights-abuser nation in the world: China.

CUSEF is a Chinese Communist Party-funded initiative founded by Tung Chee Hwa which often targets American universities with offers to fund policy research, high-level dialogues, and exchange programs.

Its chairman, Tung, also serves as Vice-Chairman of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, (CPPCC) which is identified by the U.S.-China Security and Economic Review Commission as a key component of the Chinese Communist Party’s United Work Front effort, “to co-opt and neutralize sources of potential opposition to the policies and authority of its ruling Chinese Communist Party.”

“The United Front strategy uses a range of methods to influence overseas Chinese communities, foreign governments, and other actors to take actions or adopt positions supportive of Beijing’s preferred policies,” the commission’s report adds before noting Tung’s CPPCC is the “highest-ranking entity overseeing the United Front system” whereby “military and civilian officials coordinate foreign influence operations.”

The filing reveals: “following the visits, BLJ will work with the former Congressmen to create reports on their experience that will be distributed to politicians, experts, and other relevant individuals and organizations in the US. BLK will also explore securing media coverage surrounding the visits” as part of CUSEF’s broader goal to garner “favorable coverage” and “disseminate positive messages” in Western media.

Former San Diego Mayor Kevin Faulconer (R) has signed a recall petition aimed at California Governor Gavin Newsom (D), the latest sign that the campaign is gaining momentum — and that, if successful, Newsom could face a formidable opponent.

The San Diego Union-Tribune reported Saturday:

Faulconer told The San Diego Union-Tribune as recently as last month that he is considering his own run for governor. He served seven years as San Diego’s mayor.

Faulconer won a special election in 2014 after the previous Democratic mayor was ousted in a sexual harassment scandal. He was later re-elected and served for nearly seven years. He left in December after reaching the two-term limit.

Though he was the only Republican mayor of a major American city, Faulconer often tacked to the left. In 2015, for example, he joined Democrats in threatening ton boycott Indiana over that state’s Religious Freedom Restoration Act, which was a response to a spate of lawsuits by LGBTQ activists against Christian business owners. Then-Gov. Mike Pence (R) asked for changes to the law to clarify that it was not intended to discriminate against LGTBQ individuals.

The effort to recall Newsom reported last month that it was halfway to the threshold of 1.5 million signatures needed by March 17 to qualify for the next ballot.

More Than 400 Ex-intelligence Officers to Investigate Election Irregularities

Over 400 people from the Intelligence Community (IC), military, law enforcement, and the judiciary have formed a loose network to investigate irregularities in the 2020 election.

Robert Caron, one of the organizers of this network, began his intelligence career with the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). He later worked for the Special Situation Group, a task force established by President George H.W. Bush that includes strategic planning, technologies, and foreign and domestic investigations.

He told The Epoch Times that he was recruited to the network in 2014, during which time many in the intelligence community (IC) were seeing an increase in improper operations. Many IC officers were withholding information from their leaders, and their leaders were withholding information from the public. Caron mentioned that in 2014, Lt. General Michael Flynn called out then-President Barack Obama for “not acting properly on intelligence.”

In the same year, Obama fired Flynn over management issues. On Aug. 7, 2014, Flynn left his post as the Director of the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) and ended his 33 years of an army career. After President Donald Trump pardoned Flynn last month, Flynn said in an interview with The New York Post that he was framed via the Russia-collusion investigation partly because Obama was afraid of Flynn’s ability to expose his corruption.

“President Obama was not acting properly on intelligence that he received concerning Benghazi,” Caron said, referring to an attack of U.S. government facilities in Benghazi, Libya, that resulted in the deaths of several U.S. officials. He said he believes it was then that a lot of people from the intelligence community got together and started recruiting people to join the network.

After numerous reports of irregularities in the 2020 election, the investigation network expanded. Many have focused on investigating the election, according to Caron, who said most are volunteering, while some are getting paid for the inquiry. He said that as far as he knows, the size of the network is “way over 400” and that each member of the network sees obvious election fraud based on their own observations.

Caron said that the network includes former intelligence officers, analysts, operatives, military, law enforcement, and judiciary from the FBI, CIA, Military Intelligence, DIA, and National Security Agency (NSA), among others, as well as many former intelligence officers in other countries.

“The fraud was so massive and so blatant, despite what the mainstream media said, that we need to get this information out to the public,” said Caron. “That’s why more and more people from the intelligence community and law enforcement are coming out, which is unheard of.”

Caron shared an example of information control by the mainstream media that he witnessed in McAllen, Texas, when Trump visited the border wall there in January 2019.

He said he saw two groups on both sides of the street. A group of about 100 was on one side, and a much larger group was on the other side. “A lot of people, because of what was told in the mainstream media, thought that all the people in the big crowd were the ones against the president. But no, they were the ones that were for the president.”

He said he asked them what they thought and learned that the border wall made their families feel safer, and was told that without the wall, various Mexican criminal organizations would cross the border and force their children to sell drugs.

One of the IC network’s current investigations focuses on foreign interference during the Nov. 3 election, with the Chinese Communist Party being a significant player.

GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy is in negotiations with Democrat House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to block the reported 140+ representatives and a dozen senators who have publicly announced their intentions to object to controversial slates of electors submitted from contested states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud, senior Capitol Hill sources tell National File.

Our sources explain that a McCarthy and Pelosi effort to stymie the grassroots-led effort to pursue a transparent 2020 election would mark a decided break from the populist flavored politics of the last four years back toward the bi-partisan days of back room deals, horse trading, and pay-to-play lobbying D.C. is so famous for.

National File’s sources also note that Vice President Mike Pence, as the presiding officer of the joint session of Congress scheduled for January 6, would almost certainly be informed of this effort.

Such a move would almost certainly derail Minority Leader McCarthy’s chances of one day assuming the role of House Speaker, multiple sources tell National File.

The move would be designed to stop a potential contingent election in the House of Representatives. If the Republican-led Senate and Pence were to refuse to accept Electoral College votes from states with credible accusations of widespread voter fraud, and neither President Donald Trump nor Joe Biden receive the requisite 270 electoral votes, a contingent election would be required in the House of Representatives.

In a contingent election, each state represented in the House only receives one vote. As National File previously reported, “While the House of Representatives has more representatives based on population, there are currently 27 states that have sent Republican representatives to the House, and 20 states that have sent Democratic representatives to the House. Three states have an even split.”

In an email to National File, McCarthy’s office explicitly denied that he is working to block this, contradicting multiple senior Congressional staff members who spoke to National File.

Since the election, McCarthy has been an unreliable ally of the President’s at best. In November, shortly after the election was contested by President Donald Trump, McCarthy caved to corporate media pressure after initially declaring President Trump the victor of the 2020 election.

McCarthy later claimed that he did not declare President Trump the winner of the 2020 election at all, “but rather was crediting the president with Republican wins in House races.”

Though the McCarthy may have appeared to be close to President Trump through 2020 election, McCarthy loudly repudiated President Trump’s effort to withdraw troops from Syria in late 2019.

Additionally, in 2016, McCarthy privately commented that President Trump was one of two Republican politicians on the Russian payroll, and specifically said that he believes President Trump was funded by Russian President Vladimir Putin, calling into question McCarthy’s multiple public assurances that he is working on behalf of President Trump. He later claimed he made the comment in jest after it was reported by The New York Times.

New York Magazine‘s Intelligencer took McCarthy’s joke on its face, explaining then Majority Leader’s laughing: “While it is true that McCarthy and Ryan laughed during their conversation, people laugh all the time at statements they recognize as completely true.”

Psychiatric symptoms reported worldwide in some COVID-19 patients

A small number of COVID-19 patients are experiencing severe psychiatric symptoms after recovering from the virus.

The New York Times reports that multiple doctors have observed psychiatric symptoms in recovered COVID-19 patients who had no previously recorded history of mental illness.

Studies in the U.K. and Spain have found that a small number of hospitalized coronavirus patients developed “new-onset psychosis,” the Times notes, with similar anecdotal reports coming in from the Midwest.

The Times did not speak to any patients who had experienced psychiatric symptoms, but some physicians were given permission by their patients to describe their cases.

A 42-year-old mother in New York described continually seeing her children being murdered and said she heard voices telling her to kill her children and herself. In New York City, a 30-year-old man tried to strangle his cousin after becoming convinced they were planning on murdering him. A 49-year-old man described hearing voices and believed himself to be the devil.

The physician treating the 42-year-old mother, Hisam Goueli, told the Times the cases were unique due to the patients’ self-awareness of their mental health decline.

“People with psychosis don’t have an insight that they’ve lost touch with reality,” Goueli said.

Goueli also noted it was unusual that most of these patients were in their 30s and 40s. According to the physician, the symptoms that patients described were more often attributed to schizophrenia in younger people or dementia in the elderly.

Experts have stated that viral effects on the brain may be attributable to the immune system's response or even the physical symptoms that patients experience.

"Some of the neurotoxins that are reactions to immune activation can go to the brain, through the blood-brain barrier, and can induce this damage,” said Vilma Gabbay, co-director at the Psychiatry Research Institute at Montefiore Einstein (PRIME).

Experts who spoke to the Times concurred with Gabbay's assessment, saying a continued immune response after a patient has recovered could impact the brain, though the symptoms may be dependent on which region of the brain is affected.

Robert Yolken, a neurovirology professor at Johns Hopkins University, told the Times, "Some people have neurological symptoms, some people psychiatric and many people have a combination.”

The Times notes that similar cases were observed in past viruses such as the 1918 Spanish flu, SARS and MERS. Though the mechanism through which these symptoms are brought on is not well understood, experts told the Times that studying these patients could help better understand psychosis.

The duration in which patients suffer from psychiatric symptoms is not certain. One patient described in the Times piece recovered within 40 days while another was reportedly still struggling with psychotic symptoms more than two months after being hospitalized.

LIVE COVERAGE: House votes to name Speaker

Rep. Ron Kind (D-Wis.), a former chairman of the moderate New Democrat Coalition who has supported a change in party leadership, declined to say Sunday afternoon if he would oppose Pelosi on the floor, as he had done two years ago.

Asked if he would disclose how he'll vote in the Speaker's race, Kind said, "I will in about an hour, when I'm voting."

Kind was one of 15 Democrats to oppose Pelosi's Speakership bid in 2019, when he voted instead for Rep. John Lewis (D-Ga.), the civil rights icon who passed away in July.

Two incoming Republican representatives, David Valadeo (Calif.) and Maria Elvia Salazar (Fla.), who recently tested positive for coronavirus, are not expected to be present for the Speaker’s vote, one GOP aide confirmed to The Hill.

The absences could give Democrats a little more room in getting the votes to Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) for Speaker given some expected defections on their side.

The House on Sunday will vote to name its Speaker, an event that almost certainly will end with another term for Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) but that could provide a bit of drama for the start of the 117th Congress.

The rare Sunday vote, to begin at 2:30 p.m. EST, will extend Pelosi's historic reign; she is the first female Speaker twice over and has led the Democrats for nearly two decades.

But she can afford few defections on Sunday from within her restive caucus, and several Democrats have either vowed to oppose her or declined to reveal how they intend to vote.

Following the Democrats' mauling at the polls in November, they hold a razor-thin majority over the Republicans — 222 seats to 211 — heading into the new Congress, creating a tricky math problem for Pelosi, who needs the support of at least half of the lawmakers voting Sunday on the chamber floor.

What Happened: Approximately one week ago former pharmaceutical (Merck) rep Brandy Vaughan, founder of non-profit LearnTheRisk (learntherisk.org), was found dead in her home. Her death was sudden, suspicious and is currently being investigated by authorities. What’s drawn many people’s attention to her death is that she made a Facebook post towards the end of last year urging people to investigate her death and spread the word if she were to be found dead. Prior to that Facebook post she put up a video on YouTube expressing how she had been harrassed and had experienced some weird things as she seemed to be quite shaken and worried. She said it was “scary.”

In her Facebook post, not only did she request journalists to cover the story if she passed suddenly, but she also requested that her close friends start a fundraiser to investigate her death.

If something were to happen to me, it’s foul play and you know exactly who and why – given my work and mission in this life. I’m also NOT accident prone. And I got the highest health rating possible when I went through a battery of medical tests a couple of years ago for my life insurance policy. If something were to happen to me, I have arranged for a close group of my friends to start a GoFundMe to hire a team of private investigators to figure out all the details ( I have the team and have passed the info on to them). Oh, and money for a PR firm to make it national news. There would be a press release sent to every journalist in this country (and more). According to Children’s Health Defense, Brandy Vaughan passed away due to gallbladder complications, a medical issue that she privately struggled with throughout 2020. This was a confusing post given the fact that no evidence has been provided to make this claim, and it contradicts what people closest to Brandy have been saying, that foul play cannot be ruled out until a proper investigation has ensued. They have since published and updated article outlining these points.

A recent Facebook post by one of her best friends, Tina Marie who Vaughan had thanksgiving dinner with, where she was completely fine, happy and healthy, just days before her death reads as follows:

If Vaughan was murdered, those who committed this crime must have been well aware that an investigation, autopsy and toxicology report would ensue. No doubt they would make their best efforts to make Vaughan’s death appear as if she died of natural causes. It’s just chilling to think that Vaughan had been warning her followers about this for quite some time, and that her death is extremely sudden and suspicious. We may never get the answers we are looking for, but hopefully we do, which again is where your help with the fundraiser comes in.

So, as of now, there are still a lot of unanswered questions, and we just don’t know what exactly happened.

They posted 38 billboards which reached over 30 million people, and they have hosted over 30 campaigns and rallies in the past two years. Many mysterious deaths have plagued the alternative media/health community over the years, especially when it comes to holistic doctors.

Vaughan was one of many to create awareness about issues, especially concerns about vaccine safety, in a credible way. It’s one thing we pride ourselves on doing here at Collective Evolution. I wish I had heard about her org before now. I'm a retired pharmacist who quit because drugs like Vioxx were becoming the norm.

Israeli embassies and consulates abroad have issued approximately 10,000 travel documents, including issuing new passports (often for children of Israelis born abroad who had not been in Israel yet) and renewing and extending passports for Israelis planning to come back since the beginning of the pandemic.

While Israel has had its challenges handling the pandemic, it still has a notably lower mortality rate from the disease than many countries around the world where Israelis tend to live, notably the US, which has had over 1,000 deaths per every million of the population, as opposed to Israel, with 370 deaths per million. Areas where many Israelis live, including such cities as New York, have been hit particularly hard. For example, there have been over 7,700 deaths in the borough of Brooklyn alone since the pandemic began, many of them in the Jewish community.

And now, with the vaccination campaign in Israel bringing the Pfizer vaccine to more than one million Israelis in less than two weeks, Israel is looking more attractive than ever as a place to live, both to Israelis who have been living abroad and American Jews who are thinking of moving to Israel.

Several Republican senators are vowing to challenge electoral votes in the 2020 presidential election from several battleground states when the votes are formally counted at a joint session of Congress on Wednesday, with the hopes of establishing a commission to determine who gets the votes.

Unlike what was called for by a failed lawsuit from Rep. Louie Gohmert, R-Texas, the suggestion here is not to simply overturn the election results outright and award a second term to President Trump, but rather to have an independent investigation of those states' elections. While out of the ordinary, it would not be the first time for such a process, as it is what happened following the 1876 election, allowing Rutherford B. Hayes to become president.

"We should follow that precedent," Sen. Ted Cruz, R-Texas, and 10 other current and incoming senators said in a joint statement, referring to the race between Hayes and Samuel Tilden. "To wit, Congress should immediately appoint an Electoral Commission, with full investigatory and fact-finding authority, to conduct an emergency 10-day audit of the election returns in the disputed states. Once completed, individual states would evaluate the commission's findings and could convene a special legislative session to certify a change in their vote, if needed."

In 1877, following the 1876 election, returns from Florida, Louisana, and South Carolina – and one elector from Oregon – were disputed. Congress then set up a commission to determine how the electoral votes should be allocated, reserving the right to accept or reject the commission's findings. In the end, Congress awarded all 19 of the contested electoral votes to Hayes, who was elected with 185 electoral votes to Tilden's 184.

SDF Calls On US President-Elect To Recognize Its Administration In Northeastern Syria

Sinam Mohamad, representative of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) political wing in Washington, has called on US President-elect Joe Biden to recognize the group’s administration in northeastern Syria, the Al-Monitor reported on December 30.

Mohamad made her appeal during a think tank event attended by US former Syrian envoy James Jeffrey and Michael P. Mulroy, former deputy assistant secretary of defense for the Middle East.

“We call on the Biden administration to recognize North and East Syria,” Mohamad said.

The representative said the SDF is in a military partnership with the US, arguing that Washington should translate this cooperation politically.

According to Mohamad, the SDF needs US recognition to receive support for humanitarian issues and development projects in northeastern Syria.

Biden, who is set to assume office in few weeks, has already voiced his support for US presence in northeastern Syria. However, it remains unclear if he is willing to recognize the SDF as a legitimate authority.

In an article published recently by the Washington-based Wilson Center, former envoy Jeffery warned the SDF against declaring autonomy or seeking independence from Syria.

The SDF appears to be planning to take advantage of Biden’s pro-intervention stand on Syria in order to establish a de-facto state in the northeastern region. These plans will likely endanger the very presence of the Kurdish-led group as it will provoke the region’s Arab majority.
