Last time I focused on numbers, intel told me to focus on the message. I'm a numbers guy and I can't make much of it so I'm a little frustrated.
5:5 with a ? usually came after information so I always assumed it meant "roger, roger?" If the : is the key and it's more of a / like division, it makes me think of 5 for 5? Like hit the mark? Similar to roger, roger.
