Just so ya know. An EMP device, from what I remember, is generally a low yield nuke, lit off at HIGH altitude, so as to get the widest coverage. Not sure I buy the EMP attack literally, but you never know I guess.

Probably yeah, but an EMP takes out EVERYTHING electrical, cars, radios, etc.
