Monkeywerx, who monitors aircraft traffic, did a special a few minutes ago, saying one of his trusted military sources had been recalled, and told him it was because the President had signed the Insurrection Act.
The blue/purple planes in this image are high flyers, but you will see a very unusual "gap" around Washington DC, where flights have been delayed up to 45 minutes.
Monkeywerx suggests this means the President has been "exfiltrated" after signing the Act, which gives the military control in order to deal with insurrection.
