When POTUS tried to push his efforts to get $2000 checks to everyone during the rally no one cared. He tried to say it was a "political move". No one cared.
No one cares. It's so irrelevant, and just trying to normalize the fucking over of what they're doing to us. Either the COVID lie is exposed, or it's not and we all die. The "$2000 checks" are irrelevant.
"Playing to the dems". What about his base who's gone along with the COVID lie for almost a year, allowing their lives to be destroyed by his unwillingness to act? Why do we need $2000 if he's going to announce that the COVID lockdowns are over and the arrest of the traitors?
Seems to me to demonstrate he's not going to do any of that, and nothing is going to change. Seems to me to indicate that he doesn't realize how little his base cares about the communist handouts he's interested in giving, and would rather have their lives back like he promised 4 years ago.
The whole thing is a mess, and he completely overestimated how his base would respond to his speech, as it sounded like a ghost town after a certain point, even though there were 3 million people there. It was nice he said he'd be with us as we went to the Capitol, but it's too bad he's been AWOL since the speech.
