Q never said the actual word "arrest" in that post (3848). He was responding to a twat about arrests (has since been deleted). In context, it can be inferred in his reply

that he is talking about an arrest or arrests.

I can't imagine any one person being arrested sending a shock wave. It's got to be a massive round-up of bad players.
