John Sullivan was charged in federal court after being arrested by the @FBI.
He was heard allegedly egging on protesters in video he provided, according to a federal criminal complaint. He remains in custody in Utah, on a U.S. Marshals hold request:

AF2 was wheels down at Yeager Airport, Charleston, WV, at 11:02. Weather might best be described with the Scots expression "dreich". Grey, wet, miserable.
No visitors to back of plane during flight.
VP and Victoria Yeager were met with an honor guard at foot of steps. Mrs Yeager is carrying Gen Yeager's remains, Devin O'Malley tells us.
The guard comprised 10 uniformed USAF personnel. VP and Mrs Yeager walked between the two ranks of the honor guard to be greeted by Gov Jim Justice - more details of greeters below.
