Lawfag practiced in employment law. In a right to work state, your employer can fire you for whatever reason they want. If they don’t like your color of shirt they can shitcan you. Sure you could sue, first have to file with the EEOC and they can give you a letter to sue. The employer MUST violate one of your federally protected rights. This “right to sue” letter useless in a right work state unless they violate one of your rights. I attached a pic of what they are. Outside of that you are pretty much toast.
