Let it play out a bit. That's not enough, not for a second, to make me think Admiral Rogers turned on us. Like I said last bread, perhaps there is a play here. I always try my best not to rush to conclusions. Things aren't always what the appear to be on the surface. We should ALL know that by now.
Movie isn't officially over as of yet. Waiting til last minute and arresting them all in DC for the world to see would send a message of biblical proportions. I don't have the answers, but I'm not an over reactive fag either. When it's done, its done. If it's not done, neither am I.
