I believe Q used this statement as a warning to Anons that the board chatter they were monitoring was not on track with the crumbs being dropped. This statement can be interpreted as “We gave you plenty of intel, but you all aren’t getting it”

I would be worth the effort to re-read the drops in context with recent/current events to eval potentially off-track interpretations.
