If Biden is concerned about a nation-wide mask mandate being unconstitutional, how is it still constitutional to impose such a mandate on federally owned property? Isn't federally owned property subject to the US Constitution? Not a constitution expert by any means.

The 13 stars are supposed to represent the 13 colonies. Interesting to me that they're arranged within the "Star of David", which is really the older "sacred geometry" symbol of the two triangles overlaid.
