Everywhere. Free all over the web. Focus on learning market profile, trendlines, support-and-resistance lines, and fundamentals (earnings, debt, market share changes). Then dive in and start trading in simulation mode (paper trading).

TSLA puts, too. They got a low rating by Consumer Reports and are getting beat by Audi and BMW EVs in Europe and China.

 

I have a lost a lot of money on OTM TSLA puts lately, but I am still buying them.
