I ordered some chicken today from El Pollo Loco. I ordered pickup. I forgot to put my mask on when I entered and got to the counter. A nice gentleman said I needed a mask. I got upset. I started to go back out to the car when I said, "If I have to go back out to the car, I'm going to get my mask and come back in here and cancel my order." Next thing I hear is a screaming woman telling me I need a mask. I said, "I didn't do it on purpose and that I would cancel the order." She didn't know I just had a $54 order. She let me take the order without going back outside and getting my mask. When I was walking out I told her she was lucky. I would have cancelled the order that was just sitting there on the counter. Gone somewhere else. They said go like I has leprocy. I was looking for straws that weren't with the drinks. She yelled, "The napkins are in the bag." I saw some straws on the side and said, "Straws." She said there were straws in the SEALED bag. When we go home there were no straws. Amen. End of story.
