Left this mark on the Internet. Silver Lease Rates (the cost to lease or borrow silver to sell into the market on speculation) are no longer reported by KITCO. They have never bothered to update the website after they stopped reporting them due to their turning negative (people were getting paid to by bullion banks to speculatively sell silver into the market). This was not a normal situation. Happened years ago.
The retail market has been stripped clean for the moment (expect big premiums for actual physical when it returns) but the paper price is still very much under control of the big guys.
TFMetalsReport.com is a good site for new bugs.
Don't expect the redditors to be able to take on the silver cartel.
