to say there is no future is saying that things are going to happen regardless of free will based on the perception of time "they" have viewed it. I remember reading about how timelines can differ based on who is viewing it. It changes the outcome of what is possible. "they" are limited to think that is what will happen but i know that things are not as they seem because one action/person can throw everything off course into a new direction "they" never thought possible
