otheranon here; running Ubuntu 20.04 and no, "sudo apt install cuckoo" said "E: Unable to locate package cuckoo".
This looks like a decent tutorial and yeah, OC was right it takes a lot of steps to get cuckoo installed! I'm a dev veteran so it looks straightforward but for someone new, it's a lot to take in.
