Any anons have a suggestion for an upcoming move?

I'm looking to get out of the state I live in and move somewhere more conservative. I've been looking at Idaho, Montana and Wyoming.

The main two concerns I have is employment and weather. I have an extreme sensitivity to heat. Anything over 65F and I'm getting uncomfortable. Once the needle hits 70 I'm seating bullets. 80 and I'm baked. The colder the better. Well, maybe not -20 I guess.

The states all seem to have a summer average around 80 - 90. The lowest I can find is Northern Idaho with 80F. That is just too hot. I'm forced to work night shifts to keep from getting heat stroke.

Does anyone know where the temp stays below 70 year round, cooler if possible?
