That's just the date for the xml standard used. Look at the DateCreated:
DateCreated>2018-05-02T19:51:34
The JetBlue plane was just flying alongside Q's plane as Q took two location photos. The crumb was Q's location. Don't go nuts over JetBlue. Consider where Q was, and when, and why.
