I think with the markers we make like a clock and use a key in the middle and turn it 16 times?

Here is what I know

Q uses [MARKER] in brackets only 3 times, One more and we would have 4 making 4 points of a clock? 3,6,9,12. I'm trying to find a relation to an actual clock as Q says "Think Clock". Also the 3 in brackets, 2 of them have "Left eye" before them.

Q also says "wind the clock" which I googled and found that you use a key and rotate it clockwise 16 times. Maybe this is relevant maybe not.

I believe Q also indicated by reposting someone talking about the deltas in the posts being markers and we all went off on the POTUS tweet and Q posting deltas but I think we need to focus on the timestamps. Re-reading the posts with "marker in them" makes me think we are supposed to focus on the timestamps themselves rather than just the deltas.
