You might want to try the wim hof breathing technique. It hyper oxygenates the blood and boosts the immune system like mad. It's a simple technique

That is so awesome. The best part about it is that you can do it all the time and it only helps. The only real risk is straining your diaphragm, and in some cases fainting (that's why it's important not to do it in water or while driving. Do it sitting or lying down)

We all have fat bastard seasons. I was on 2 pints of ice cream a day. It's part of the territory. Calisthenics are good. Heavy compound lifts are good too (what I do), but let's get back to memeing and digging. I think we've licked all the icing we can off of this cupcake
