I have a hard time buying the whole Proj. Firesign concept. The idea that the gov could project a hologram in the sky that is impressive enough and seen by enough people to create a lasting effect is kind of far-fetched. IDK maybe technology is available to create a realistic looking invading space fleet, but I get the feeling they would be limited to just create weird effects in the atmosphere that would leave people guessing wth is going on.

After reading her twitter it is an exact mirror image of reading conservative twitter accounts.

Heres some odd pattern gathering, i may come off as crazy but oh well.

 

Ldr vs trump water games. This board is designed for open discussion on fringe/non normie subjects. As such i have done research into a particular option the hidden hand has in case of loss in control. Those chem trails have several reasons, one of which is to keep a particular virus from activating. At first they thought it only affected the black population. But was later discovered that all races can contract, but black pop is the most susceptible. It is a litteral zombie virus. Bath salts were used as a cover. One particular side effect is extreme thirst, thus water games.

 

Thats a tiny glimpse into much research. But do to the far out there implications im not convinced. I mainly searched out of boredom and entertainment but believe it is possible. Also, through social engineering certin themes have been used to desensitize the public for the actual thing. Ex: batman movie, catwomen speaks of a storm coming. Avengers speak of a civil war etc etc. Perhaps the explosion in zombie themed entertainment was used for this.

You can do this seasonally. 3 months and you're pretty good for the year. I got fluffy because I took a season off, but I'm only 30 away from target-weight. I get started again tomorrow. Then, I'll coast again until next Jan-Feb. Be shredded by May.

 

No gym. No man in a can, bullshit. No protein-shakes. No faggotry.

 

Just plain old basic-diet, low-calories and hard-work for less than 45 min. in a day, 3-4 days per week. Anyone can do it.

I still carry some decent size from my gym-rat days. And I'll do some stuff with weights and kettlebells at the house. Love the compound movements and try to incorporate those as much as possible. (Big release of test from those movements, though not as much of a release as with sprints. Trust me.) My ice-cream day is Saturday. Saturdays, I eat whatever the fuck I want, and how ever much I want. It spikes the metabolism. Then, right back to 1800-2000 cal. on Sunday.

She did do fasting! Yes, and it helped her tremendously! She just finished her last round of chemo. She's now on cbt oils, walking daily (more than I do), and eating healthy, and lots of prayer!
