Oh, I'll go harder than that… I'll tighten down to 1800-2000 calories per day (caveman style - meat, fruit, veggies, nuts and berries only). Drink lots of water, ice-cold, constantly. 3-4 H.I.I.T. sessions per week for 30 min (fast and furious, switching up the workout always), following them up with 10x100yd sprints (full-go). When it warms up, I'll even throw in some swimming, hiking and mountain-biking. I'll melt-away 30-45 in under 3 months. No problem.
Oh, and I won't touch a gym… Good stretching, calisthenics, gymnastic-style bodyweight-exercises. I'll even throw in some capoeira or fucking breakdancing shit into my routine. Anything to keep the workout changing to prevent any plateaus. The result of working out like this is, you feel totally in control of your own body. You feel strong, light and agile.
You can do this seasonally. 3 months and you're pretty good for the year. I got fluffy because I took a season off, but I'm only 30 away from target-weight. I get started again tomorrow. Then, I'll coast again until next Jan-Feb. Be shredded by May.
No gym. No man in a can, bullshit. No protein-shakes. No faggotry.
Just plain old basic-diet, low-calories and hard-work for less than 45 min. in a day, 3-4 days per week. Anyone can do it.
