Maybe we turned Loop Capital into a lot more work than it ever needed to be. Top-down seems like a much better approach. Where are they located? Chicago. What is Chicago known for, news-wise? Violence and murders. Drug-centered gangs. There's a lot of drug traffic going through there, and it isn't all for local consumption. MS13 would have fit perfectly into that model and had it been approached from that angle, it probably wouldn't have taken ten minutes to make the finance connection.

I'll need some time to present it all (tomorrow ill have more time to lay it all out), and know that I already know how this might sound to some.
In a nut shell, do this: look at the Q map. Start at the top left, then look at the top right. From there, look just below center at the triangle below center. Work outward and you can see how everything that we are researching leads back to this triangle. Research who the 13 families serve (answer to) Yes, you will research reptilians. Be prepared, and have an open mind.
There are too many references on the map to ignore - constellations (Draco and Plaedies), UFO's, space, secret societies, sacrifices, etc to ignore. Each time you find something, ask WHY and dig deeper.
From what I've found, there is man created by God, and a slave race created by not God (ask yourself who was on earth before Adam.) 2 different bloodlines. Genesis states that Cain is not of Adams bloodline, meaning 2 bloodlines. The punishment (one of them anyway) was EMNITY between SEEDS.

Why are American taxpayers subsidizing Tesla? - Q
Tesla, Tax Payers, Cali, Nevada, Colorado, Highway Trust, Likely To Crash.
For every Tesla car sold (up to No. 200,000), federal taxpayers kick in $7,500 to lower the costs. State taxpayers in a multitude of states pony up still more. In Colorado, they contribute another $5,000 to the electric car kitty, in California, it's $2,500.
When the Los Angeles Times crunched the numbers two years ago, it found that Tesla buyers had received more than $284 million in federal tax incentives and more than $38 million in California rebates. And that was before Tesla's banner 2016 year.
The taxpayer help only starts there. Tesla also collects hundreds of millions from competing automakers by selling environmental credits in California and more than half a dozen other states to car companies that can't meet the states' "zero emissions" sales mandates.
Plus, Nevada ponied up $1.3 billion in incentives to convince Tesla to build its huge battery factory near Reno.
And this doesn't include the fact that electric car owners don't pay into the Highway Trust Fund β which is funded by the per-gallon tax on gasoline and pays for road construction and upkeep.

AUTOMATED PDF DIGGING
This is a method I used to dig Hillary's emails you may find useful.
-Requires Linux type Operating System
-Ensure you have pdftotext installed
-Put list of pdf URLs into a file, one URL on each line.
-Save as allpdfs.txt
-Run following command from terminal:
for i in grep -E '^htt.*\.pdf$' allpdfs.txt;do foo=$(basename $i);wget $i; pdftotext $foo; rm $foo; done
It will get each pdf by its URL in the allpdfs.txt file, change it into a text file, save it with the name of the pdf, but with extension txt.
For example, if a line in the file "allpdfs.txt" contains:

the output would be
grab_this.txt
which is a text conversion of the pdf document.
The original pdf is deleted to save space (remove the "rm $foo;" part if you want to keep the original pdf too).
CAVEATS: Obviously pictures are ignored. Transformations may include spelling mistakes, especially for scanned pdfs, and depends on document clarity.
DIGGING
Now you have a text version of your pdfs you can simply search them all with grep

Sarah Bloom Raskin is the wife of Jamin (Jamie) Raskin, a legal academic, Maryland State Senator and the son of Marcus Raskin - founder of the deservedly notorious Institute for Policy Studies (IPS).
In 1963 Marcus Raskin and his partner, the late Richard Barnet founded their radical "think tank" in Washington DC. IPS quickly grew to become a highly influential, source of ideas, guidance and training for the U.S. and international left. Its critics claimed that IPS consistently supported policies that aided the foreign policy goals of the Soviet Union and weakened the position of the United States.
Since its founding, IPS has consistently followed a pro-socialist line on foreign policy, defense and the economy and has spawned a large number of spin-offs, other think tanks and public affairs organizations following the same radical agenda.
In 1978, in an article in National Review, Brian Crozier , director of the London-based Institute for the Study of Conflict described IPS as the "perfect intellectual front for Soviet activities which would be resisted if they were to originate openly from the KGB".
