I want to think about this for a minute. If the Senate can go ahead with an impeachment trial of President Trump but he is a private citizen, then it would be okay to impeach Hussein as well, correct? What would impeaching Hussein do? If Hussein unlawfully ran a "shadow" Presidency would that open up means of rolling back his toxic legacy?
