Saying "done by" is not predicting a date. I have reasons for ASSUMING Trump/USA mission will be or is expected to be wrapped up BY then based on another event that was scheduled for February and then was inexplicably moved to 31 March. Timing is everything when people are working together. I'm clever enough to extrapolate what moving the date of a very important "review" means.

I have never predicted a date exactly because I know all too well about the inability to foresee all possible routes by which an enemy may move. IT will be done when it gets done, it WILL be done however...and it SHOULD be done BY the 31st of March unless the date of an event is moved back yet again.

Far as I know they only date predictors come from this site, and they're probably glowniggers enjoying the hopium drinkers getting let down---over and over and over.
