Former lawfag here who has drafted plenty of civil complaints, but never a class action lawsuit. These are typically filed in Federal Court, and you better get it right when preparing it. Federal judges are known for not only dismissing cases not pled properly, but can levy a hefty fine under the Federal rules for any filing considered frivolous. You may have solid grounds for filing your case, but if not prepared properly, it may be considered frivolous. Not trying to discourage you, but let you know beforehand of the pitfalls. You may be able to find an attorney with a paralegal that could assist at a lower rate than the attorney. Better yet find an attorney that will handle it on a contingency basis. Class action lawyers always make more $ on the cases than "the class." Perhaps not as a group, but individually. If the goal is to bankrupt a high tech corp that censors conservatives, that may be acceptable to you.
