Well, it ain't gonna happen as long as Xi has his team in power. If anything, under this regime, I would expect our POTUS to be the first. They smell it, taste it, they have got their filthy, evil hands around the neck of America and they starting to squeeze. As each day passes their grip will get tighter and tighter.
