​Are 80% Lowers Legal?

If you follow the firearms industry even slightly, you know that gun laws are continually changing. Every year, senators, members of Congress, and local government pass new legislation barring the use of or the purchase of some types of firearm, accessory, or magazine. How is one to keep up with the never-ending change? What about lowers? Are 80% lowers legal? In most states, yes.

What is an 80% Lower?

 

First, before we dive into the legalities of 80% lowers, let’s determine precisely what an 80 lower is or isn’t.

 

To put it plainly, an 80% lower is a receiver blank. It is not legally a firearm — more of a hunk of metal — because the key components have not yet been drilled. The drilling is up to you. Once you receive your new lower, your job is to cut and drill the blank until it becomes a stripped lower receiver. Once you are done, you will have it all — safety pinholes, trigger, and more.

 

Are 80% Lowers Legal?

 

Yes, absolutely. As a receiver blank is technically not a firearm, it is legal to purchase and own in most states. That being said, some states do have restrictions regarding “ghost guns” or 80% firearms.

 

New Jersey — Though receiver blanks are not firearms, New Jersey A.G. Gurbir Grewal demanded firearm retailers stop selling 80% lowers and “ghost guns.” He threatened fines and legal action to those who sold or own any.

Washington — Washington recently passed House Bill 1739, which bans the sale of “undetectable firearms” or “ghost guns.” You cannot purchase, own, or construct an 80% polymer lower in the state. However, you may buy aluminum lowers.

New York — In September 2019, the New York Attorney General submitted numerous Cease and Desist letters to retailers and manufacturers selling 80% lowers and kits. He claimed these products were illegal. Since then, New York has followed California in banning fixed magazines from AR-15s.

California — California allows 80% lowers and receiver blanks. However, before constructing an 80% AR-15 from a blank, California residents must apply for a serial number for their firearm via the California Department of Justice. This requirement stems from A.B.857, a bill that went into effect on July 1st, 2018.

Connecticut — Connecticut passed Substitute House Bill No. 7219, Public Act No. 19-6, effectively banning the shipment and ownership of 80% lowers and receiver blanks.

Do I Require an FFL?

 

No, an FFL is not required to purchase an 80% lower or build an AR-15 from a receiver blank. As the blank is not yet considered a firearm, it does not follow the same rules and regulations set forth by the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives).

 

Do I Need a Serial Number On My 80% Lower?

 

Again, no, not in most states. According to federal law, an 80% lower does not require a unique serial number, even if you finish constructing an AR-15 from the blank.

 

In some states, such as California, they require you to serialize your firearm’s receiver. You’ll want to check local and state laws before finishing your build.

Can I Sell An 80% AR-15?

 

You cannot construct an 80% AR-15 intending to sell, according to the ATF, if you build a firearm intending to sell to the public, you become a manufacturer. At that point, you must become a licensed FFL.

 

However, if you own your AR-15 for some time, but later on decide to sell, that’s okay. Simply put, do not buy many receiver blanks, finish the build, then sell them to your neighbors or the general public. The ATF will crack down on you quickly, and they won’t be kind enough to issue a warning. You will probably walk away in handcuffs.

What if: this fake vaccine is protection against some future event, for example some real virus, and it will affect only those without vaccine.

I don't have the Graphic that an Anon posted earlier showing the MarketFags Pricing on Gas and Electric, but thinking about this, are any Anons seeing shades of the same fuckery that happened in the Ukraine, happening here? Winter sets in, Gas and Electric Companies raise prices, knowing thy have customers by the balls, then a winter storm hits, and they raise prices through the roof, knowing that it will have to be paid, otherwise people will freeze to death. Later, after the Bills are paid, the money will be skimmed off and "lost", paid to politicians (like hunter or the big guy) for their favors.

 

Tracking this closely for the next month or so should be a priority. Stocks, pricing, and whatever else anons think may be important on this. I'm thinkin they're running the same game here they played in the Ukraine.

I thought of something similar to what you are saying but think that maybe some cosmic change in frequency (light) will reveal them. Something we couldn't see before suddenly becomes visible. That would certainly wake people up.

I think it would be easier to "change the world" if people could see with their eyes. When I was little I had zero idea that not everyone saw/heard/experienced the world around them like I did. Due to her condition (9 mo preg belly look) he ordered an ultra sound. ….woops.

 

The round worms hated the frequency of the ultrasound and "scattered" and shat their worm hearts out tryna escape the frequency.

 

it gets worst..and anyone reading this…listen up.

 

ONE day post ultrasound she popped a softball sized bleeding breast tumor. ALL that worm shit from hundreds of thousands of round worms got isolated in "soft" tissue by her body trying to kill it all at once.

 

Needless to say by the time she got a correct diagnosis by western docs…she had only ONE option left. Trust me when I tell you this…THEY FUCKING KNOW that many forms of breast cancer is caused by parasites. Her oncolongist admitted this to her because "you already know" and Cleveland CLinic knows…they had articles about it and took it down under pressure..

 

She had to do chemo to KILL everything….the Erhlicosis had mostly replaced her bone marrow and her ascaris had taken over her entire body.

 

AFTER the chemo she had a double mastectomy and EVEN THEN she had dead ascaris (round worms) sliding out her chest drains.

Sen. Mike Braun (R-IN), who voted to acquit Trump, said, “I think whatever the president intends to do in the future would take a lot of soul searching. … I am more concerned about how we rebuild the party in a way that brings in more people to it.”

 

The senators’ comments underscore a growing sentiment among Republican leaders that the riots at the U.S. Capitol building have diminished Trump’s popularity and influence to the point that he will no longer possess a significant level of leadership on the right.

Sen. John Thune (R-SD) stressed that those who voted to acquit Trump were not necessarily condoning his behavior since Election Day. “There’s no way. You can’t defend much of what happened in the last almost three months since the Nov. 3 election,” he said.

 

Still, Trump’s resolve has not dampened; indeed, it seems to have been strengthened by the outcome of the impeachment trial. “This has been yet another phase of the greatest witch hunt in the history of our Country. … Our historic, patriotic and beautiful movement to Make America Great Again has only just begun,” Trump declared in a statement.

 

Republicans who believe that Trump will no longer be an important factor going forward do not appear to have an accurate read of the playing field. As The Hill admitted, “Trump retains an iron grip on a chunk of the party base – the same voters Republicans will need if they want to win back the House and Senate next year.”

 

What these GOP lawmakers fail to understand is the impact Trump has on the culture of the conservative movement. He may not have power as an elected official, but as a cultural influencer, he has more power than these people can comprehend. Over the next few years, Trump will demonstrate the political version of Master Obi-Wan Kenobi’s warning to Darth Vader when he said “If you strike me down, I shall become more powerful than you can imagine.”

 

The reality that folks like Thune, Cramer, and the GOP lawmakers who voted to convict Trump is that he wields far more influence among rank-and-file conservative voters than every member of the GOP establishment combined. Did the riots diminish some of his influence? Probably, but not to the point that it would prevent him from continuing to be a powerhouse.

 

The former president is already preparing to use his influence and $31 million war chest to target lawmakers who want to wipe his populist movement from the face of conservatism as if it never happened. Those trying to downplay the sway Trump continues to have on the right are underestimating the anger that everyday conservative voters feel towards the establishment. Their miscalculation could cost them bigly in the 2022 election season.

False. I have been drinking distilled water for years, and I have not experienced any adverse symptoms. In fact, the contrary has been true. My health is better than ever, my eyes and skin have a sheen to them, and my mind is clear and sharp. Many testimonials online can corroborate this.
