You might be able to get Ivermectin where farming / equine supplies are sold. Here in the US Southeast, it's roughly $4 per tube. This is a single dose for a 1,200 pound horse, six doses for a 200 pound man, less for smaller people.

Lint out of the dryer works a trick. Try using the magnesium stick before you run out of matches. For me, it's easiest to aim the sparks by pulling the magnesium past the steel rather then the other way around. You probably have some old newspaper or brown paper bags somewhere in the house. Tear off a piece to use to carry the lint and blow gently on it. Voila! Match.
