There is an additional factor though. After The Leonardo Affair, it became crystal clear that The Vatican has been controlling us through City of London and DC CORP. Good chance that there has been a confrontation of some kind (Vatican lights off, reports of shots, couple of months back). Vatican may have been forced to order the DC owned SCOTUS to get off their asses and do it right. No evidence as yet, but it is possible. The fact is, this is how the game is played. There is a time and place for Machiavellian realpolitik.
