While POTUS sold this as a CIG plan in the event that covid eviscerated the civil leadership in D.C. with control of the Government "devolving" to the (White Hat) Military, the plan was to be initiated when [they] committed massive election fraud in November while MI monitored the fraud real time obtaining ABSOLUTE PROOF of the fraud.

POTUS fooled them the SAME WAY he fooled them with his "election interference" EO which ostensibly was to monitor, guard against, and set out the harshest penalties for RUSSIAN INTERFERENCE in future elections. POTUS signed the EO and he and the Military rolled out the covid contingency plan knowing full-well that they were planning this massive election fraud for the Presidential election.

POTUS is an absolute genius.
