This PBS link has a video and audio gap of almost two minutes ( from 6:50 -8:28) starting just after Abbott starts to discuss what the "White House" was doing to help?

What you're not hearing in the news is the millions of people who, besides freezing in the dark for over 3 days, have had pipes burst and houses now unliveable at all.
Spouseanon is still, at this hour, helping demo strangers flooded homes and we've been helping feed families and homeless at a makeshift shelter at a local church.
