A liberty was an English unit originating in the Middle Ages, traditionally defined as an area in which regalian right was revoked and where the land was held by a mesne lord (i.e. an area in which rights reserved to the king had been devolved into private hands). It later became a unit of local government administration.

It already is. The problem now is under the rules of usufruct all our resources, infrastructure and production is being administered by a foreign entity to pay off the debts…
(requires further study) I am of the understanding that they are trying to make the people accept that they are in the public. This is when their policies "laws" are applied with force for those laws are for the public. We have to remain as private inheritors of what was handed down to us from the constitution. To be a member of the public or not to be… That is my question.
