Reynolds accepted the position of Champaign Chair for BO, on his first run at the Illinois Senate. Obama won three terms in the Illinois Senate, vacating that seat to become a US Senator from Illinois, and then famously becoming the President of the United States.

Terry Mazany, CEO of CCT, installed James Reynolds, Jr. on the Executive Committee of the CCT. The Executive Committee and the Trustees Committee had a total of 22 people. Mazany ran an Adminstrative Team of 12 and the Foundation did have an Outreach staff, one of the staffers was a Biddle. But his group of 22, 23 counting Mazany, ran the actual Foundation with 23 votes.

Reynolds churned all the Trust accounts through his brokerage house, Loop Capital. Reynolds was on the Executive Committee of the Trust that he was gaining from. I would imagine the Clinton Foundation needed financial services too. I think they went "in-house" under the SOS cover. Just speculating.

The last filing for the CCT/AKA-RAMA TRUST was in 2015 for 2014. They have not had a Pro-Publica posting of their tax returns since 2014. Just as well, I mean really, at this point nobody wants to see it.

Helene Gayle is the new CEO. She was head of HIV/AIDS for the CDC for 20 years. She and Mazany are over educated to the extreme. Between them there are probably 6 Graduate Degrees and a ton of Honorarys.

Helene Gayle has shifted the CCT to another business model. She has a Board of 6 and a total of 95 employees, She retained 6 key employess from the Mazany team, and cleaned house on 5. The Executive Team and the Trustees that Mazany used are gone.

Gayle seems to be moving the Foundation into a true outreach program and I hope she does. The go go years gotta go.

Now, is Loop Capital gone too? It's hard to know without any tax returns but where theres smoke theres fire.

I looked at that derp AKA Foundation too. Turns out the CCT has a whole network of small grants they give to AKA. Small, like 1 or 2 thousand. I only looked at Georgia because that House Mother down there was pimpin' KEK. They put 1 or 2 locals in charge and it's like a stipend for these formerly segregated towns.

AKA is peanuts moneywise and some kind of weird head game for these idiots. "A chapter of the Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority at a Georgia college is under investigation for allegedly running a prostitution ring to cover the initiation fees." Fort Valley State University

I would imagine Helene Gayle wants to avoid scandal. Mazany? I've got him on watch. He didn't have a job lined up when he left and its pretty easy to speculate that he might be having some problems.
