Hate to answer myself but this is an after thought. This would support the theory that this was an arrest. Why would she need to ditch something in her hand if she was going to chelsea's house for fainting (To Chelsea's house and not the hospital, wierd) She's faking the fainting as a cover, maybe.
If she was being arrested she would need to ditch the contraband
