Buy a deep freeze and then buy half a beef from a grass-fed farm. They will have it processed for you. There also poultry farms which do the same.

That said, not a fan of grass fed. Taste grassy. That's why deer are not harvested in summer because they taste "green" or grassy. In winter, they eat acorns, or corn that's fed.
