It certainly feels that way. They seem to even like the masks and distancing, or they are paralyzed with fear. Not sure how this movie is going to dispel the fear. I figured a relaxed person is more inclined to listen. A fearful person is more inclined to go into fight or flight. Not sure what the right answer is.
