it means do not rely on the old customs in favor of having faith that God would direct you. He did not come to replace the law but fulfill it. Can only fulfill it with Jesus.
no, they reject the new wine cause they can't handle it, want to rely on customs, want to be told what to do rather than be responsible for hearing and directed from God, Jesus, themselves.
