Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. FINDINGS.

 

Congress finds the following:

 

(1) The United States dollar has lost 30 percent of its purchasing power since 2000, and 96 percent of its purchasing power since the end of the gold standard in 1913.

 

(2) Under the Federal Reserve’s 2 percent inflation objective, the dollar loses half of its purchasing power every generation, or 35 years.

 

(3) American families need long-term price stability to meet their household spending needs, save money, and plan for retirement.

 

(4) The Federal Reserve policy of long-term inflation has made American manufacturing uncompetitive, raising the cost of United States manufactured goods by more than 40 percent since 2000, compared to less than 20 percent in Germany and France.

 

(5) Between 2000 and 2010, United States manufacturing employment shrunk by one-third after holding steady for 30 years at nearly 20,000,000 jobs.

 

(6) The American economy needs a stable dollar, fixed exchange rates, and money supply controlled by the market not the government.

 

(7) The gold standard puts control of the money supply with the market instead of the Federal Reserve.

 

(8) The gold standard means legal tender defined by and convertible into a certain quantity of gold.

 

(9) Under the gold standard through 1913 the United States economy grew at an annual average of four percent, one-third larger than the growth rate since then and twice the level since 2000.

 

(10) The international gold exchange standard from 1914 to 1971 did not provide for a United States dollar convertible into gold, and therefore helped cause the Great Depression and stagflation.

 

(11) The Federal Reserve’s trickle down policy of expanding the money supply with no demand for it has enriched the owners of financial assets but endangered the jobs, wages, and savings of blue collar workers.

 

(12) Restoring American middle-class prosperity requires change in monetary policy authorized to Congress in Article I, Section 8, Clause 5 of the Constitution.

 

SEC. 2. DEFINE THE DOLLAR IN TERMS OF GOLD.

 

Effective 30 months after the date of enactment of this Act—

 

(1) the Secretary of the Treasury (in this Act referred to as the “Secretary”) shall define the dollar in terms of a fixed weight of gold, based on that day’s closing market price of gold; and

 

(2) Federal Reserve Banks shall make Federal Reserve notes exchangeable with gold at the statutory gold definition of the dollar.

 

SEC. 3. DISCLOSURE OF HOLDING.

 

During the 30-month period following the date of enactment of this Act, the United States Government shall take timely and reasonable steps to disclose all of its holdings of gold, together with a contemporaneous report of any United States governmental purchases or sales, thus enhancing the ability of the market and of market participants to arrive at the fixed dollar-gold parity in an orderly fashion.

So I was on 8 chan /b/ yesterday and apparently there is currently an ongoing effort to make CP legal.

 

Someone made a program that allows you to upload any file that is less than around 70 kB to the bitcoin blockchain.

The plan seems to be that someone uploads hardcore CP to the bitcoin network. This is then supposed to force an decision of one of the two options, to simply ban all blockchains or to permit CP if it's in the blockchain.

The first would then likely result in an public outcry, because bitcoin has gotten quite popular nowadays and the second one would pave the way to expand on that exception to not only apply to the blockchain.

 

Pretty much the only things I found about this are these two threads:

that the origin of this seems to be some darknet imageboard called millchan and that the source code of the program is also hosted on that darknet(zeronet is what it's called).

GL anon. I don't think there is documentation out there to be found on this, but it's a simple experiment. You'd notice a difference in a day or so, and labels make it easy to go 'low sodium' with food. I shared with family and they noticed a difference as well.

I never eat anything processed, but there's a ton of sodium in fake food as well.

What happens after 7 weeks of drinking only Fiji or Volvic brand water? These brands have colloidal silica in them which is supposed to bind with minerals like aluminum and fluoride in the brain and remove it from the body. Many - if not all - of those on that list of terminations and resignations are attorneys. Considering what they have done and could still be capable of doing if given the power in the justice system - I hope there were conditions put on them before they were released. Disbarment, restricted from working for ANY government agency (incl. local or state).

‘He is a Miracle’: Brain-dead 13-yr-old Comes Back to Life, Describes Walking in a Field in Heaven

 

He’s being called the “miracle in Mobile.” After suffering a severe brain injury in a dune buggy accident, and being brain-dead for several days, an Alabama teen has made a miraculous recovery.

 

According to WALA Fox 10, Trenton McKinley, 13, was riding in a small trailer being pulled behind a dune buggy when the accident happened. Trenton’s friend who was driving the buggy, hit the brakes quickly, causing the trailer to flip over.

 

Trenton told the television station he grabbed and threw his four-year-old niece out of harm’s way, but in doing so was pinned by the trailer as it came down.

 

The teen was rushed to the hospital where doctors counted seven skull fractures.

 

 

Doctors determined the teen was brain-dead and his breathing was shallow. His parents knew they had a difficult decision to make. They could help five other kids by donating Trenton’s organs, so they signed the necessary papers.

 

“They said the next time his heart stopped they had to let him die. This was a Saturday or I could sign a paper to donate his organs to save five other kids and they would keep hitting him with adrenaline till Monday….so I signed it,” Reindl wrote in a Facebook post. “His eyes were solid black and dry and I knew he would not hesitate to save 5 more lives.”

 

Then, a miracle happened.

 

One day before his doctors were to pull the plug on his life support, Trenton began to show signs of brain activity.

 

“The next day I got a call. They canceled the final brain wave test right before they hooked him up his hand moved. Then his feet,” Reindl continued in the Facebook post. “So they looked at his eyes and they were back. He had blue eyes. Now they are green with small white specks like glitter. They say when you look upon God…pigment changes…and my baby was in heaven for a whole day….he is a miracle.”

 

Fox 10 reports that Trenton believes he went to heaven.
