No, not necessarily. Shills in Asia post led to thinking about Q;s shills post, which led to ASF, which lead to remembering the Asia Foundation Q post, which led me to the link. Other anons may have come across said link, yet I haven't until today.
I know of the spreadsheet, and the answers there. Preferred it before it was hosted on GOOG. Again, I don't know at the moment if said link was discovered already. Someone else may know, I may find it there myself.
