Well, all I can say is it is not alien (aye), nor is it anything we are not supposed to see.
Can say there are no sub bases in the area. San Diego maybe. But then nothing going North until you get to Oregon or Washington. I noticed one if your GE images had even completely covered up the dock and a portion of the water in front of it at Anaheim Bay. Takeaway? 99% of he time I'm guessing you see it if they don't think it's important. There are whale watch tours in the area, but the object seems traveling fast for that.
