The Sarah Everard story appears to be tearing the country apart, this is clearly by design. We don't yet have enough facts to see the truth of the situation but the facts do highlight major areas of concern. This poor ladies death is turning the public on the police in the same way as the George Floyd death did. We do know the GF death was a False Flag as Q pointed out that pictures of George Floyd protest placards were posted on the Obama Foundations twitter account before his death [meaning they were already printed when he "died"]. It begs the question, was George Floyd sacrificed [either willingly or not] or is he still alive? We do know the cult has people willing to die for the cause as we saw from the Captain Green situation where a pilot deliberately crashed his aircraft into Captain Greens Helicopter killing all 4 people over the Rothschild's Waddesdon Manor. So what is happening with this murder? Why was the serving high level armed diplomatic police officer found so quickly? He certainly would have known how to commit this crime without getting caught, so why Clapham? The area is CCTV central. Was this officer framed? Did he do this under orders? perhaps from Cressida Dick? Cressida Dick is the key to this story, she is clearly a deep state bad actor and has been instrumental in the demise of London along with her sidekick Sadiq Khan.

The spambot attack continues to target Qresearch, it seems to be getting more advanced and is bypassing the safeguards that have been put into place with ease. Due to the fact the text posted is supposedly from the manifesto of the NZ mosque shooter, I think its safe to say this is a deep state attack, they know what is coming.

The really annoying part of the spam attack is that it seems to be working, the restrictions on posting and filling of breads is putting almost all anons off of coming here, please stick with it, we important to the plan, yes it is annoying, but it only involves scrolling a bit more than you normally would!

On Fburary 16th 2018 Q posted a picture from a London Traffic Cam by Embankment Staion [https://qalerts.pub/?n=784], the image was of London traffic and Big Ben. The File Name of the picture was NSA_Traf_CAM_LONDON2847.png. 9 minutes later Q posted a stringer warning to the UK of a possible car attack.

3 Months later on May 20th 2018 Q posted a series of 3 pictures [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1423] from the same traffic camera which was rotated through 3 positions. Q was telling us this camera has a field of view from the Corinthia hotel and up the Victoria Embankment towards Parliament.

2 months later on the 27th of July 2018 Q reposted one of the previous pictures with people circled [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1720], this was identified as Lisa Page, lover of disgraced traitor and FBI goon Perter Strzok.

Q revists the theme again on Febuary the 18th 2019 when Q posts 3 more pictures of the Cornthia hotel from the same camera [https://qalerts.pub/?n=2797] indicating that the couple may have been staying there.

17th May 2018 Pictures

On the 17th of May Q posted a series of pictures from two locations in London and several locations in China, there is likely a connection between the two. An anon posted a theory which Q quoted indicating that the theory was on the right lines. The China pics were of pallets of boxed technology (possibly secure satellite phones that operate on a Chinese satellite), the Foxconn factory and an airport with a Chinese plane at a gate. The theory suggested that China were supplying secure communication devices to the cabal so that they could communicate without sigint (Signals Intercept) by the NSA. The London connection is through Lisa Page and Peter Strzok, the lovers were secretly in London (perhaps arriving by boat on the Thames to avoid official record of the visit) and being surveilled by the Q team the whole time. The theory stated they were either collecting or distributing these communication devices for other cabal members, Q also posted a picture from the plane and an Owl and the Space Shuttle.

In post 1405, which is the first of the 17th of May series, Q posted a picture of a red London Routemaster bus, Q also posted a Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs, The Red Bus picture was titled Fsurv_londonps1.png, Presumably someone in the picture is of interest, its likely this picture was posted to inform the person who is being surveilled that they were being watched. The following post [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1406] contained two more pictures from Piccadilly circus. The picture is of a road sign and the Cool Britannia giftshop. The Cool Britannia giftshop has similar archways to that of the temple on Epstein Island and the Aleppo Bathhouse Hammam Yalbugha.

Winter Wonderland Pictures

Q posted the first Winter Wonderland picture of 2 peoples legs on the plastic flooring at Winter Wonderland, A second picture of the Wilde Maus Roller-coaster was posted about a month later [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1456]

Black Box

The Black Box Pic was posted by Q on the 27th Of July 2018 [https://qalerts.pub/?n=1725] in Reply to the WARNING Stay alert post back in February 2018.

Anons found the black box stands alongside bus shelter 'S' by Westminster Abbey in London. Its precise location is outside No 4 Victoria street. No 4 Victoria Street used to have a branch of the corrupt HSBC bank and Anons found out it is the home of the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC House). Other tenants of the building seem to have links to Iran. The building across the street from the black box is the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy.

The black box is about a 11 minute walk from Thames House, the home of the Security Service [MI5] and a 23 minute walk from the Secret Intelligence Service [MI6]. Q's Picture of the box featured a Qanon sticker with a White Rabbit, the text said "The Storm is Coming". Subsequent pictures of the box always shows that lots of stickers have been put on the box, it seems to be a popular "Slap Tagging" location but Anons think this could be a form of discreet communication either by White Hats or Black Hats. A recent visit to the box by an anon shows the box in desperate need of repainting because it has been constantly scrubbed clean by street cleaners indicating a massive amount of stickers has been put on the box in the last 2 years.

Boris Johnson: I’ll use force to defend Falkland Islands

Leaked documents seen by the Telegraph have revealed that the Prime Minister Boris Johnson is prepared to flex Britain’s military might to defend Britain’s overseas territories including “the Falkland Islands, Ascension Islands, and the British Indian Ocean Territory.”

The information, which comes from an upcoming review into British defence policy, also says that the government is prepared to “deter and challenge incursions in British Gibraltar Territorial Waters” following Spanish wrangling over the Rock.

The leaked papers also suggest that the government is prepared to spend a whopping £6.6bn “over the next four years in R&D in areas including space, cyber, quantum technologies, engineering biology, directed energy weapons and advanced high-speed missiles”

Kew Gardens to Tell Visitors How Racist Its Plants Are

Kew Gardens in London is to change labels on its plants and flowers in order to inform visitors on how racist they are.

Yes, really.

The popular attraction, which welcomes over 2 million visitors a year from all over the world, is set to “change display boards for plants such as sugar cane – previously harvested by slaves – to highlight their ‘imperial legacy’”, reports the Daily Mail.

According to Kew director Richard Deverell, the change is part of an effort to “move quickly to decolonise collections.”

The change happened after managers at Kew consulted with Ajay Chhabra, “an actor with an insight into how sugar cane was linked to slavery.”

This is yet another capitulation to woke mobs who are trying to subvert the United Kingdom and make its population ashamed of their heritage and birthright, despite the fact that Britain was the first major country in the world to end slavery.

Brits like William Wilberforce literally risked their lives to travel to the colonies and free slaves.

The purpose of activist efforts to push for “decolonisation” is actually just reverse cultural colonisation by the woke mob.

Tory MP Sir John Hayes responded to the announcement by saying he would look into public funding of Kew Gardens.

“This is preposterous posturing by people who are so out of touch with the sentiment of patriotic Britain,” said Hayes.

“This is typically bourgeois liberal arrogance which is ill-fitting of people that get public funding,” he added.

Kew Gardens is by no means the first public attraction in the UK to go woke.

Plan For Undercover Cops to Patrol Bars and Clubs Blasted

Knee-jerk reaction that does nothing to solve the problem.

A plan for undercover police officers to patrol bars and clubs in the UK to identify potential “predatory and suspicious offenders” has been blasted as the “pub Stasi”.

Dubbed ‘Project Vigilant’, the plan will see plain clothes officers “attending areas around clubs and bars undercover,” according to the London Evening Standard.

The program is in response to the abduction and murder of 33-year-old Sarah Everard, who went missing in Clapham, London earlier this month. Metropolitan Police officer Wayne Couzens has been charged with her murder.

Respondents on Twitter blasted Project Vigilant as a hastily put together knee-jerk reaction announced to satiate protesters who have gathered in central London since the weekend, with some comparing it to the notorious East German Stasi.

Sadiq Khan has Failed in Managing the Police, Says London Mayoral Candidate David Kurten

London Assembly Member David Kurten said that Mayor Sadiq Khan’s policing policies have resulted in higher crime as well as a discernable political bias in the handling of protests of differing ideologies.

The Heritage Party London mayoral candidate spoke to Breitbart London at a protest against police brutality on Sunday, following the forcible shut down of a vigil for suspected murder victim Sarah Everard on Saturday.

Mr Kurten said that he joined the protest to monitor the police activity in order to raise potential issues in the London Assembly with Mayor Sadiq Khan, saying that he was “very shocked” by the “brutality” seen in Clapham the previous night.

“I wouldn’t agree with everything that was said there or here today, but I have been observing police brutality at freedom rallies over the past nine months, and for the first time its happened at a different kind of rally, and I think that’s why people are here again today because they are shocked by the brutality they have seen for the first time,” Kurten said.

“We’ve seen over the past months, we have freedom rallies that have been brutally shut down with riot police. We’ve had BLM protests, we’ve had Extinction Rebellion protests where [the police] have gone in softly softly,” he noted.

Kurten said that Sadiq Khan needs to be held accountable for the actions of the police at protests, but also for his record in managing the London police force during his term in office.

Khan, he said “has been failing with the police ever since he started. Real crime has gone up, spiralled up through the roof, but then the police have been focussed on shutting down businesses, stopping people from seeing their friends, and stopping people from using their fundamental freedoms to assemble and to protest.”

Italy Launches Manslaughter Investigation As Teacher Dies Hours After Getting AstraZeneca Jab

After law-enforcement authorities in Sicily and Piedmont seized batches of the AstraZeneca COVID jab, prosecutors in the EU's third-largest economy have launched a manslaughter investigation after a music teacher died just hours after receiving the jab.

According to Italian-language media outlets, 57-year-old Sandro Tognatti died after receiving the jab in his hometown of Biella on Saturday afternoon. He soon developed a high fever, but went to bed anyway, he his wife, Simona Riussi, told the Italian press.

The next morning, Riussi awoke to find Tognatti dead. She called an ambulance, but Tognatti was already dead. Prosecutors in Piedmont officially launched the investigation later in the day. As we mentioned above, prosecutors also seized a batch with nearly 400K jabs in it.

So far, health authorities have insisted that there's no link between the jab and Tognatti's death. Officials said a criminal investigation was launched to be "completely sure" that the man's death "cannot be attributed to the above-mentioned inoculation".

Italy, France, Germany and a handful of other nations temporarily suspended the AstraZeneca vaccine after reports of patients developing deadly blood clots surfaced. Deaths were reported in Austria and elsewhere, which prompted Denmark, Iceland and other nations (as far away as Thailand) to halt the jabs to allow for a brief investigation. AstraZeneca and the EMA (Europe's top regulatory authority) have insisted that there's nothing to suggest a link between the jabs and heightened risk for blood clots, but in a press conference Tuesday morning, the agency promised to investigate.

Among the more than 11M Italians who have already been vaccinated, Italian authorities have documented at least 15 cases of blood clots and 22 cases of pulmonary embolis among those who have received the jabs.

UK to lift cap on nuclear stockpile

The UK is set to reverse plans to reduce its stockpile of nuclear weapons by the middle of the decade, as part of a foreign policy overhaul.

Mike Hill: Hartlepool MP quits 'with immediate effect'

Hartlepool Labour MP Mike Hill has resigned "with immediate effect", prompting a by-election.

Mr Hill was due to face an employment tribunal later this year into claims of "sexual harassment and victimisation". He has denied the allegations.

Shadow Foreign Secretary Lisa Nandy said there was an ongoing investigation relating to his resignation that the party took "very seriously".

Mr Hill, 57, had served as the MP for the town since 2017.

Labour held Hartlepool at the 2019 General Election, when the Conservatives came second by fewer than 4,000 votes.

The by-election could be held on 6 May to coincide with local and mayoral elections in England, and will pose the first electoral test of Sir Keir Starmer's leadership since taking over from Jeremy Corbyn last year.

The constituency Labour Party said it wanted a candidate in place "quickly".

It added: "Over the past 10 years Hartlepool has been battered by the Tories down in Westminster.

"The local Tories focus on Middlesbrough and Stockton and Hartlepool is left out.

"We want to see new good jobs, the services people need right here, and a thriving town centre when people get back to the shops again.

Trump denounces the Duchess of Sussex

Donald Trump has strongly criticised the Duchess of Sussex, describing her as “no good” and taking a dig at cancel culture. The former US president made the comments privately in the aftermath of the Sussexes’ bombshell interview last week.

Trump has previously made outspoken remarks about the divisive Duchess. In September last year, just as the presidential election campaign was reaching top gear, he expressed sympathy for Prince Harry in a damning rebuke of his American wife.

“I’m not a fan of hers,” said Trump of Meghan. With a wry grin he added: “I would say this – and she has probably has heard that – I wish a lot of luck to Harry because he’s going to need it.”

A month earlier, the royal couple had made a blatant appeal to American voters to not elect Trump without directly endorsing rival candidate, Joe Biden. On a video posted online, Meghan described the then president as “divisive” and “misogynistic”.

Harry appealed to US citizens to reject “hate speech, misinformation and online negativity.”

Greensill Capital Sued in U.S. as Miner Claims Finance Fraud

Greensill Capital was sued by a company that mines coal in West Virginia, in what may be the first U.S. lawsuit since the firm was forced into insolvency.

Greensill’s collapse presents “a clear and present threat” to the business of Bluestone Resources Inc., the mining company said in a complaint filed Monday night in Manhattan federal court. Bluestone claims it was defrauded by Greensill in an $850 million financing deal.

London-based Greensill was left fighting for survival this month as investors cut ties over worries about the creditworthiness of its borrowers, and Credit Suisse Group AG moved to wind down a $10 billion group of supply chain finance funds linked to financier Lex Greensill over valuation concerns. Bluestone said it entered into a long-term financing agreement in which Greensill advanced $850 million. About $108 million of that was paid back in fees, according to Bluestone. Greensill also received warrants entitling it to at least $100 million.

Bluestone claims it was lulled by Greensill into increasing its dependency on the firm while Greensill remained silent about its fraudulent activities elsewhere. Greensill’s insolvency threatens Bluestone’s ability to do business, it said. The company is seeking unspecified damages.

“Greensill Capital’s sudden and unjustified abandonment of Bluestone, together with all of the press surrounding Greensill Capital’s fall, now present a clear and present threat to Bluestone’s business,” according to the lawsuit. “Defendants are responsible for all damages to plaintiffs caused as a result of their egregious actions.”

Myanmar Regime Seizes Bank Accounts of Soros’ Open Society Foundation

The military regime has seized control of the bank accounts of billionaire George Soros’ Open Society Foundation (OSF) in Myanmar and announced that it will take legal action against the foundation, which is accused of violating restrictions on the activities of such organizations.

On Monday, military-controlled MRTV announced that the military had issued arrest warrants for 11 staff members of OSF Myanmar, including its head and deputy head, on suspicion of giving financial support to the civil disobedience movement against the military junta.

The regime also claimed that the world’s largest private funder for justice, democratic governance and human rights had failed to obtain approval from the Central Bank of Myanmar (CBM)’s Foreign Exchange Management Department for a deposit of US$5 million (7.04 billion kyats) with the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank (SMED) in Myanmar in 2018.

The foundation is also accused of illegally withdrawing $1.4 million from its account at SMED a week after the military takeover in Myanmar, as the civil disobedience movement was gaining momentum among civil servants across the country.

The military junta also took control of assets totaling $3.81 million and 375 million kyats in OSF bank accounts at four private banks—Kanbawza Bank (KBZ), Ayeyarwady Bank (AYA), SMED and Co-operative Bank (CB), according to MRTV.

The military said it had begun taking control of all illegal flows of money to OSF Myanmar, saying the foundation had breached the law that lays downs the rules and regulations for organizations in the country.

It said it would take legal action against SMED for allowing OSF to deposit $5 million and withdraw $1.4 million without obtaining approval from the CBM.

On March 12, the CBM notified all international non-governmental organizations (INGOs) and nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) that they would be required to report all financial transactions involving international organizations or individuals from abroad, with relevant bank account information, since April 1, 2016. The order indicates that the military regime intends to investigate the financial transactions of organizations since the National League for Democracy (NLD) took office in early 2016.

The regime said the opening of the OSF Myanmar office came about after George Soros met ousted Myanmar State Counselor Daw Aung San Suu Kyi four times between 2014 and 2017. It said OSF deputy chair Alexander Soros met Daw Aung San Suu Kyi six times from 2017 to 2020.

Military-aligned groups including the Union Solidarity and Development Party have accused Soros of manipulating Myanmar’s politics by supporting civil society organizations in the country. In 2017, lawmaker U Soe Thane, who served as President’s Office minister under U Thein Sein’s administration, objected to a ministerial appointment by the NLD government on grounds that the appointed minister had failed to disclose his previous work for the George Soros Foundation. He said that making the official a national security adviser could hurt Myanmar’s relations with China.

OSF has been supporting Myanmar’s democratic transition and promoting human rights, including those of marginalized groups, since 1994. The foundation said it had awarded more than 100 grants each year, mostly to grassroots civil society organizations including exile, ethnic media and educational organizations.

Following the coup, the military regime launched an investigation into the finances of the Daw Khin Kyi Foundation, a charity founded by Daw Aung San Suu Kyi. The move is believed to be a pretext to file more charges against the country’s de facto leader.

A 50-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of the indecent assault and murder of Stuart Lubbock at the home of Michael Barrymore.

Mr Lubbock, 31, was found dead in the TV presenter's pool in Roydon, Essex, in March 2001.

The man was arrested in Cheshire and is being questioned in custody, Essex Police said.

Mr Lubbock had been attending a party at the home of Mr Barrymore, 68, with eight other people.

A post-mortem examination found Mr Lubbock had suffered "horrific" injuries prior to his death, police said.

Alcohol, ecstasy and cocaine were found in his bloodstream.

Det Supt Lucy Morris, Essex Police's head of major crime, said the arrest was made after "significant new information" came to light following a renewed appeal in February 2020.

"This information has led to us making an arrest and over the coming days we will be contacting all those who were present at the party at the time as well as others who may have information," she said.

"As we stated last February and have continually stated over the last 20 years, we believe someone or some people at that party know what happened."

Det Supt Morris said the investigation had been "extremely lengthy and complex", adding: "We have never given up on finding out what exactly happened to Stuart and we will not stop in our pursuit of justice for him and for his family and friends."

Mr Lubbock, a butcher from Harlow, was described by neighbours at the time of his death as a "pleasant, sociable" man.

No-one has ever been charged with any offence in relation to his death.

I was reminded of an amusing incident during Livingstone's Zambesi Expedition that was almost like a scene out of the Caine Mutiny strawberries incident.

One of the expedition members was left alone at their base camp to watch the stores of supplies while the others went up river to explore. On their return, they found that some pounds of sugar had disappeared from their stores which they kept in a shed. The poor bastard who had been left there alone was more often than not laid up with malaria, and the natives and Portuguese at the location knew of the stores as well. They had an investigation and found him negligent. He was accused of sharing the sugar with the Portuguese who were then the colonial power on the Zambesi, and who it should be said were very gracious in assisting the expedition obtain local provisions. The expedition member was sent home for not minding the sugar.

Sanchez said, “I will tell you under the Trump administration, members of Congress were not allowed inside these facilities.”

Harlow interjected, “But that doesn’t mean anything now, respectfully congresswoman. Clearly, you were upset about that lack of transparency. Are you concerned about this lack of transparency?”

Sanchez said, “Sure. Well, again, when you ever have the numbers and the facilities appropriate for children, but because of COVID protocols, you have to have social distancing. So they are trying to process children as quickly as they can, and, no, these detention facilities at the border were not meant for children. Children are meant to be in licensed facilities. But because of the numbers and because of the social distancing that is required, they are doing the best that they can. I don’t necessarily think that it is appropriate for journalists to be inside centers that are not permanent places for children, that children are not placed there permanently. They are processed out of those facilities as quickly as possible and as quickly as the facilities will allow.”

Harlow pressed, “Some of them are being held there longer than they are legally supposed to be.”

Sanchez said, “They are doing the best they can under COVID protocols. If it were not a pandemic, I would totally understand the concern, but we’re dealing in a unique set of circumstances that are unprecedented. You can’t fault an administration that is doing everything humanly possible to treat these kids in a humane way given the limitations that they have because of COVID.”

Italy guaranteed 86 mln euro Greensill loan to Gupta steel arm, filing says

The Italian government guaranteed an 86 million euros ($102 million) loan from Greensill Bank, part of the collapsed Greensill Capital group, to one of steel magnate Sanjeev Gupta’s firms, according to accounts filed with the Italian corporate registry in recent weeks.

The firm, Liberty Magona SRL, secured a guarantee from SACE SpA, Italy’s state-controlled export credit agency, for the loan under measures to help companies navigate the coronavirus crisis, according to Liberty Magona’s accounts for a period from Jan. 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 which include information on material post-yearend events. Piombino-based Liberty Magona, which makes galvanized steel, said the three-year loan was taken out in late August last year to strengthen its finances at a time when it was facing weaker demand for its products due to the pandemic. The Italian Ministry of Economy and Finance did not immediately respond to a request for comment. GFG Alliance and Greensill declined to comment on the loan. The German financial regulator has filed a criminal complaint against Bremen-based Greensill Bank.

Greensill Capital group filed for bankruptcy protection in Britain and Australia this month, citing a $5 billion exposure to Indian-British businessman Gupta’s GFG Alliance. It said Gupta’s firms had begun to default on its obligations. GFG, an umbrella company for Gupta’s network of steel, aluminium and energy companies, said last week it was looking to secure additional working capital facilities to help it weather challenging market conditions but was also operationally strong and benefiting from buoyant steel markets. GFG Alliance employs 35,000 people across 30 countries, according to its website. In Britain, the opposition Labour Party has said the government should consider nationalising the company if it cannot secure the financial backing it is trying to attract. Italy is not the only country to have provided guarantees to Gupta’s firms. The Scottish government gave a 575 million pound guarantee to the group in 2016, Reuters reported in 2019, citing people familiar with the matter.

UK media have reported that the London government has also guaranteed hundreds of millions of loans to GFG Alliance or connected companies under Coronavirus loan schemes.

Russia warns UK nuclear arsenal plan harms global security

The Kremlin has said the UK's decision to increase its nuclear arsenal represents a serious blow to arms control. Moscow also said it would take Britain's move into account when working on its own military planning.

Russia on Wednesday said it regretted the UK's decision to significantly bolster its stockpile of nuclear weapons by the end of the decade.

Britain says it plans to increase its arsenal from 180 to 260 nuclear warheads, reversing a previous commitment to reduce its stockpile.

What was the Russian response?

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said the UK's move, at odds with a recent agreement between Moscow and Washington, was regrettable.

"We are very sorry that the UK has chosen this path of increasing nuclear warheads. This decision harms international stability and strategic security," Peskov told reporters.

"The presence of nuclear warheads is what threatens peace throughout the world," he added.

The spokesman complained that the UK had cited "an ephemeral threat" from Russia without "an explanation".

"This is not true," he added. "No threat comes from Russia."

What prompted the UK's decision?

The British policy document, outlining a recalibration of foreign policy, identified Russia as the "most acute direct threat to the UK," posing "the full spectrum" of dangers.

While it identified China as a threat, the document's language on the threat posed by Beijing was markedly less explicit than it was about Moscow.

The move potentially puts the UK at odds with the US and NATO allies after the signing of a new START treaty in January. Russia and the United States in January agreed to extend the key pact, which is the last remaining arms reduction agreement between the Cold War rivals.

The review calls for Britain to increase its cap on warheads from 180 to 260 by the middle of the decade in order to counter threats from Russia and China. The report labeled Russia "the most direct threat" to Britain.

"History has shown that democratic societies are the strongest supporters of an open and resilient international order. To be open, we must also be secure. Protecting our people, our homeland and our democracy is the first duty of any government," Prime Minister Boris Johnson wrote in the introduction to the review.

International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) executive director Beatrice Fihn slammed the UK for the decision to increase its nuclear capacity. Fihn said Britain "is pushing for a dangerous new nuclear arms race," and charged that the plan "violates international law."

The Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament (CND) also condemned the UK's decision.

Meanwhile, Oliver Meier, from the University of Hamburg's Institute for Peace Research and Security Policy, joined the chorus of disapproval as he told DW that the UK is dramatically shifting its nuclear strategy while potentially putting it at odds with both NATO and the US.

"The United Kingdom has committed to — under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation treaty — reducing the number and role of nuclear weapons," Meier said.

"There's also an obligation to work towards a goal of a nuclear weapons-free world that is hard to reconcile with this decision."

Google will invest 7B+ on data centers and office expansions after actively expanding the network of subsea internet cables they link.

Google LLC Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai revealed in a blog post today that the search giant will spend more than $7 billion on expanding its U.S. data center and office footprint this year.

Google is planning to expand its data centers in Virginia, Nebraska and Nevada as part of the investment. Two of the facilities being upgraded, in Papillion, Nebraska, and Henderson, Nevada, are newly built sites that are receiving enhancements within only months of becoming operational.

Google’s office footprint, in turn, is set to grow with the addition of four new locations this year. The search giant has plans for a Google Cloud engineering site in Durham, North Carolina and a Google Operations Center in Southaven, Mississippi, as well as new Houston and Portland offices.

A big portion of the more than $7 billion investment announced today will go toward expanding existing locations. Pichai detailed that Google will invest more than $1 billion to grow its California presence and will create thousands of new positions in Atlanta, Washington, D.C., Chicago and New York. The company will launch smaller hiring initiatives in Detroit, Ann Arbor, Cambridge, Pittsburgh and Austin, among other locations.

Put together, Google expects the expansion to create at least 10,000 new jobs. The search giant currently has about 84,000 full-time employees in the U.S.

Pichai announced the investment plan in conjunction with the release of Google’s annual 2020 U.S. Economic Impact Report this morning. “In 2020, Google Search, Google Play, YouTube and Google advertising tools helped provide $426 billion of economic activity for more than 2 million American businesses, nonprofits, publishers, creators and developers,” Pichai detailed in the blog post announcing the investment.

Google’s rapid expansion of its workforce and data center network helps sustain the rapid top-line expansion of its business. The search giant’s parent company, Alphabet Inc., generated $56.9 billion in revenue during the fourth quarter thanks to a 23% year-over-year sales jump that helped it top the consensus estimate by nearly $4 billion.

Based on Alphabet’s fourth-quarter earnings report, the data center expansions it’s planning for 2021 could make up a relatively sizable portion of the $7 billion investment announced today. The company disclosed that Google Cloud lost $5.6 billion on $13 billion in revenue for 2020, a year that saw the launch of four new cloud data center clusters. Chief Financial Officer Ruth Porat told investors that the business’ loss was expected to rise in the first quarter of 2021, then moderate from there.

Google’s infrastructure budget also includes other big items besides data centers. Google is actively expanding the network of subsea internet cables linking its data centers, which is already so extensive the company is considering to use it for submarine earthquake detection.

The search giant has also made significant investments in sourcing renewable energy for its facilities. This latter investment can be expected to continue, and possibly grow, as Google works toward its goal of switching entirely to renewable energy by 2030.

A consortium involving Facebook and two Chinese state-owned companies has withdrawn its bid to build a new undersea internet cable link between the United States and Hong Kong following pressure from national security officials in Washington.

Experts warned that if the trend continued it could reduce the appeal of Hong Kong as a data centre.

“Due to concerns from the US government about direct communications links between the US and Hong Kong, we have decided to withdraw our FCC application,” a Facebook spokesman said in a statement to the Post, referring to the US Federal Communications Commission.

“We look forward to working with all the parties to reconfigure the system to meet the concerns of the US government.”

The social media giant and several telecommunications-industry partners first sought permission to build the fibre-optic cable in 2018 to connect California with Hong Kong and Taiwan.

The Hong Kong Americas cable, involving Facebook, Tata Communications, Telstra and Chinese state-owned China Unicom and China Telecom Global Limited, was meant to be a new trans-Pacific optical fibre communications system to connect Chung Hom Kok in Hong Kong and California. The system was planned to span more than 13,000km and further increase the bandwidth between the two places.

In a statement to the Post, a spokesman for the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau said the cable was “a mutual benefit to both places”.

“A submarine optical fibre cable system directly connecting Hong Kong and the US would help further enhance telecommunications capacity of the two places and facilitate trade and business activities,” he said.

When local authorities announced plans to allow the installation of the cable last year, they said the system would “reinforce Hong Kong as a key communication hub in the Asia-Pacific region”.

It is the latest blow to Hong Kong as a location for data centres. Last year, another undersea data cable system proposed by Google and Facebook stalled after the US Department of Justice recommended the Pacific Light Cable Network, a trans-Pacific undersea cable, bypass Hong Kong, citing concerns a landing station in the city “would expose US communications traffic to collection” by Beijing.

The planned 12,800km cable was originally intended to link the US, Taiwan, Hong Kong and the Philippines, with the city serving as a global data hub.

In a statement last June, a spokesman for the Commerce and Economic Development Bureau called the concerns raised by the US over the Pacific Light Cable Network “ungrounded.”

“The recommendation … harms the interests of US investors and entities, and disregards the win-win situation between Hong Kong and the US as brought about by investments in communications infrastructure,” the spokesman said.

Pro-establishment lawmaker Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee said that in light of the decision last year, the latest move did not come as a surprise. “It is a decision driven by geopolitical considerations to hem in China, including Hong Kong, rather than commercial considerations,” she said.

Lento Yip Yuk-fai, chairman of the Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association, said the decision had no immediate impact on the local internet industry.

“But this trend, if it continues, would reduce the appeal of Hong Kong as a data centre and for telecommunications businesses, and affect the function of Hong Kong as China’s southern telecommunications exit point,” he said.

Facebook and Amazon last year also withdrew their application to build the Bay-to-Bay Express Cable System, a planned network linking Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong and the US.

Injection with the female sex hormone progesterone could improve outcomes for men hospitalised with severe COVID-19 infections, a study has concluded.

The finding by researchers from California follows multiple reports that men are at a higher risk of severe illness and death from coronavirus than women.

Progesterone has certain anti-inflammatory properties and thus, the team said, may be able to dampen the often fatal immune responses called 'cytokine storms'.

The research was undertaken by pulmonologist Sara Ghandehari of the Cedars-Sinai hospital in Los Angeles and her colleagues.

'As an ICU doctor, I was struck by the gender disparity among COVID-19 patients who were very sick, remained in the hospital and needed ventilators,' she said.

Progesterone is produced in both men and women's bodies, although the latter produce considerably more of the hormone during their reproductive years.

Experts have also noted that premenopausal women tend to experience less severe cases of COVID-19 than their postmenopausal counterparts.

Premenopausal women tend to have higher progesterone levels while such tends to decrease to lower levels post-menopause.

In their clinical trial, which was undertaken from April–August last year, the researchers recruited 40 male patients who had been hospitalised with moderate to severe COVID-19 and randomly divided them into two groups.

One group acted as a control sample, for comparison, and received only the standard medical care given at that time for the disease.

The experimental group, meanwhile, also received 100 milligram injections of progesterone twice daily for five days during the time they were hospitalised.

All the patients were assessed by the team daily for either 15 days or until they were discharged from hospital.

On the seventh day, each patient was ranked on a standard seven-point scale of clinical status, which ranged from 7 ('not hospitalized, no limitations on activities') though to 1 ('death').

The researchers found that, compared with the control group, patients who received the progesterone treatments scored a median of 1.5 points higher on the scale.

The experimental group also had fewer days of hospitalisation overall and a lower need for supplemental oxygen and mechanical ventilation, although the team said the differences between the groups in these areas was not statistically significant.

No serious adverse effects were observed as a result of the progesterone injections. Two patients did die during the 15-day study period — one from each of the two groups — but such were unrelated to the experiment treatments, the team said.

'While our findings are encouraging for the potential of using progesterone to treat men with COVID-19, our study had significant limitations,' cautioned Dr Ghandehari.

Firstly, she explained, the sample size was relatively small and was primarily made up of White, Hispanic and obese individuals with a moderate burden of other conditions, which serve to increase the risk of worse outcomes.

Furthermore, while the trial was randomised and featured a control group, it was also unblinded — meaning that the research team, physicians and patients all knew who had received the experimental treatment.

'Further research is necessary in larger, more heterogeneous populations, including postmenopausal women and at other treatment centres,' Dr Ghandehari added.

This, she continued, will allow the team 'to establish the degree of clinical efficacy and to assess any other potential safety concerns of this treatment approach.'

Police warn students to avoid science website

Police have warned students in the UK against using a website that they say lets users "illegally access" millions of scientific research papers.

The City of London police's Intellectual Property Crime Unit says using the Sci-Hub website could "pose a threat" to students' personal data.

The police are concerned that users of the "Russia-based website" could have information taken and misused online.

The Sci-Hub website says it "removes all barriers" to science.

It offers open access to more than 85 million scientific papers and claims that copyright laws should be abolished and that such material should be "knowledge to all".

It describes itself as "the first pirate website in the world to provide mass and public access to tens of millions of research papers".

University 'threat'

But Max Bruce, the City of London police's cyber protection officer, has urged universities to block the website on their networks because of the "threat posed by Sci-Hub to both the university and its students".

"If you're tricked into revealing your log-in credentials, whether it's through the use of fake emails or malware, we know that Sci-Hub will then use those details to compromise your university's computer network in order to steal research papers," he said.

The City of London Police, which is the national lead for fraud, has warned that students studying online at home might be vulnerable.

"Students should be aware that accessing such websites is illegal, as it hosts stolen intellectual property," said Det Insp Kevin Ives.

He warned that visitors to the website, whose Twitter account has been suspended, are "very vulnerable to having their credentials stolen".

'Access to research'

The police warning says scientific papers could have been obtained by a "variety of malicious means, such as the use of phishing emails to trick university staff and students into divulging their login credentials".

But the Sci-Hub website has previously told the BBC that it provides students with access to research papers for which the subscriptions are "very expensive".

Andrew Pitts, chief executive of the PSI Registry, which highlights "academic piracy", has warned that users "may inadvertently download potentially dangerous content from this illegal site and put the security of their organisations at risk".

The National Cyber Security Centre, part of the GCHQ intelligence service, has warned of the threat of cyber-attacks against universities.

Last autumn the cyber-agency warned of online attacks attempting to "derail" the start of the academic year in universities.

West Midlands Police officers are accused of telling an alleged rape gang victim, aged 12, that she was “lying” about her abuse, and told her mother she was “prostituting herself”.

“I was 12 or 13 when I went with my mum to the police to report the first rape. But a female police officer accused me of lying and that just broke me. I went off the rails after that,” said the alleged victim, given the pseudonym ‘Karen’ by BirmingahLive, who was targeted by a so-called grooming gang operating in Walsall.

Her mother told the local media outlet that she would “have to pick her up at the police station after she was found by them, sometimes at hotels” and that officers told her “we think your daughter is prostituting herself”.

“I could have dropped to my knees at that point because we were talking about a young girl,” she lamented.

The allegations echo many other findings of failure by the police, social services, and other authorities on the vexed question of so-called grooming gangs, which are comprised predominantly of Mulsim, South Asian heritage predators who target mostly white, working-class victims.

Police long feared tackling the issue, which is ongoing, due to fears of being branded racist, and refused to intervene when underage girls and young women were pimped out and raped by dozens of men on the grounds that they were making “lifestyle choices” — despite the fact that sexual relations with minors and in particular under-13s is in all circumstances very much a criminal matter.

West Midlands Police were aware of the fact that grooming gangs were operating in Walsall, however.

“Clusters of offenders have been found in Walsall and on Birmingham East which also have the highest populations of Pakistani communities in the West Midlands,” a police report admitted in 2012.

“The close proximity of suspect addresses in […] Walsall suggests offenders are collaborating in the identification, grooming and subsequent abuse of vulnerable females,” it added — with the location of the area in question being redacted, for whatever reason.

‘Karen’ was also failed by social services, she said, recalling that in 2010 “there was a request to social services for help for me but it was just left.”

“Then basically after the other incidents happened social services in 2012 said my mum and dad couldn’t safeguard me and it was basically their fault what happened to me,” she added.

She was then taken from her parents and put into care, but the abuse continued.

“[T]he men are still at it now, they’re still out there and they’re still doing the same things as they were with me, with younger girls,” Karen told BirminghamLive.

In response to the story, West Midlands Police said that “We accept that there have been failings in some historical cases in the past,” but insisted that “We always strive to put victims at the heart of all our investigations and will be led by what the victim wants” — directly contradicting the victims themselves.

COVID-19 disproportionately affects men compared with women, raising the possibility that a hormone like progesterone may improve clinical outcomes for certain hospitalized men with the disease. New research from Cedars-Sinai published online in the journal Chest supports this hypothesis.

The pilot clinical trial, involving 40 men, is believed to be the first published study to use progesterone to treat male COVID-19 patients whose lung functions have been compromised by the coronavirus. While the findings are promising, larger clinical trials are needed to establish the potential of this experimental therapy, the investigators said.

The study was prompted by multiple reports that men are at higher risk of mortality and severe illness from COVID-19 than are women, according to Sara Ghandehari, MD, director of Pulmonary Rehabilitation in the Women’s Guild Lung Institute at Cedars-Sinai and principal investigator for the trial….

Results:

The study showed that, compared with the control group, patients in the group treated with progesterone scored a median 1.5 points higher on a standard seven-point scale of clinical status after seven days. The scale ranged from a high of 7 ("not hospitalized, no limitations on activities") to 1 ("death").

Its interdasting that Spamalot has come up in this bread, I went off on a mini dig the other day which led me to Spamalot.

Anon was going through his hard drive as was bored and found a video from his childhood.

The Glitterball was one of my favourite films as a kid along with The Battle of Billys Pond, Both were made by the Children's Film Foundation, which was renowned for introducing kids into the world of film and acting.

Anyway, when I was watching it there villain in the film was played by Ron Pember from George and Mildred, he played a dodgy character called Filthy.

Well watching this film today with my eyes wide open and you can see what is suggested, the character child Pete is always trying to stay away from filthy and warns his mate Max about him, we later come into the end of a conversation where Pete asks Max why he doesn't tell his parents about Filthy, and Max just shrugs it off saying there is only his mum and she works". It's clearly implied something has gone on in the past.

Anyway, Filthy knows just where to find Pete's treehouse and the plot just continues. It rang alarm bells with me, and I got the impression the narrative being pushed was don't bother telling your parents about things with dirty old men.

CDC Ignores Inquiry Into Increasing Number of Deaths, Injuries Reported After COVID Vaccines

Part 1

VAERS data released today showed 38,444 reports of adverse events following COVID vaccines, including 1,739 deaths and 6,286 serious injuries since Dec. 14, 2020.

Data released today by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) on the number of injuries and deaths reported to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) following COVID vaccines showed 38,444 reports of adverse events since Dec. 14, 2020.

On March 8, The Defender contacted the CDC with questions about how the agency is investigating reports of deaths and injuries after COVID vaccines. We provided a written list of questions asking the status of investigations on deaths reported in the media, if autopsies are being done, the standard for determining whether an injury is causally connected to a vaccine and the known issues with VAERS — namely whether healthcare providers are reporting all injuries and deaths that might be connected to the COVID vaccine, and what education initiatives are in place to encourage and facilitate proper and accurate reporting. We asked for a reply within two days.

As of today, 11 days later, the CDC has not answered our questions. Instead, when we call them, they respond saying, “they have received our email, they will escalate it and it is in the system.” When we asked if we could speak with the person reviewing the email, we were told that information could not be provided. When we emailed them to follow up, we received no response.

Every Friday, VAERS makes public all vaccine injury reports received by the system as of Friday of the previous week. The 34,444 adverse events reported between Dec. 14, 2020, and March 11 include 1,739 deaths and 6,286 serious injuries.

This week’s data included reports of 478 cases of Bell’s Palsy. Of those, 66% of cases were reported after Pfizer-BioNTech vaccinations — almost twice as many as reported (36%) following vaccination with the Moderna vaccine.

The first Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID vaccine was administered in the U.S. on March 2. As of March 11, nine anaphylactic reactions associated with J&J’s vaccine had been reported to VAERS. As The Defender reported earlier this month, the J&J vaccine contains polysorbate 80, known to trigger allergic reactions, The Moderna and Pfizer vaccines contain polyethylene glycol (PEG), also known to trigger anaphylactic reactions.

In the U.S., 98.2 million COVID vaccine doses had been administered as of March 11.

VAERS is the primary mechanism for reporting adverse vaccine reactions in the U.S. Reports submitted to VAERS require further investigation before a causal relationship can be confirmed.

For the most part, today’s data reflect trends that have emerged since The Defender first began tracking VAERS reports related to COVID vaccines.

This week’s VAERS data show:

Of the 1,739 deaths reported as of March 11, 30% occurred within 48 hours of vaccination, 21% occurred within 24 hours, and 46% occurred in people who became ill within 48 hours of being vaccinated. By comparison, during the same period, there were only 85 deaths reported following flu vaccines.

Nineteen percent of deaths were related to cardiac disorders.

Fifty-three percent of those who died were male, 44% were female and the remaining death reports did not include gender of the deceased.

The average age of those who died was 77.9 and the youngest death was an 18-year-old.

As of March 11, 289 pregnant women had reported adverse events related to COVID vaccines, including 90 reports of miscarriage or premature birth. None of the COVID vaccines approved for Emergency Use Authorization has been confirmed safe or effective for pregnant women, although J&J said earlier this month it would begin testing on pregnant women, infants and the immunocompromised.

There were 1,689 reports of anaphylaxis, with 59% of cases attributed to the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine and 41% to Moderna.

Part 2

The average age of death reported remains 77.9, however the youngest reported death this week dropped from 23 to 18. According to VAERS, the teenager developed fatigue, body aches and a headache one day after receiving the Moderna vaccine on March 3. On March 5 he complained of chest pain, and died in his sleep later that day.

The latest data also includes the report of a 22-year-old woman with a “significant, lifelong underlying medical condition” who died 24 days after the vaccine.

According to the CDC’s website, “the CDC follows up on any report of death to request additional information and learn more about what occurred and to determine whether the death was a result of the vaccine or unrelated.”

To date, the only information the CDC has published related to the investigation of COVID vaccine-related deaths and how those investigations were conducted is a COVID-19 Vaccine Safety Update via the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP) published on Jan. 27.

The safety update analyzed only the 198 reported deaths that occurred within the first month after the first COVID vaccine was administered in the U.S. It is unknown whether the CDC has investigated any of the 1,541 reported deaths since or, if investigations were conducted, what the results showed.

On March 16, The Defender reported that more than 20 countries suspended use of AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine after reports of blood clots, some resulting in death, in healthy people who received the vaccine. The World Health Organization (WHO) said an ongoing analysis by its vaccines advisory committee had not established a causal link between the vaccine and blood clots and that countries should keep using it.

On March 18, the European Medicine Agency (EMA) released the results of its investigation into the AstraZeneca vaccine. The EMA said Thursday the vaccine “may be associated with very rare cases of blood clots,” but the agency still considers it to be “safe and effective” and countries should continue to use it.

The EMA determined AstraZeneca’s vaccine was not associated with an “overall risk” of blood clots in those vaccinated and there was no evidence of a problem related to specific batches of the vaccine or manufacturing sites, The Defender reported.

According to Reuters, about a dozen countries resumed use of AstraZeneca’s COVID vaccine today, including Germany, Indonesia and France as EU and British regulators said the benefits outweighed any risks of potential blood clots. AstraZeneca’s vaccine is not yet approved for emergency use in the U.S.

On March 18, The Defender reported Pfizer’s chief financial officer told analysts and investors during a recent earnings call that the company plans to turn its COVID vaccine with German company BioNTech into an even bigger cash cow once the pandemic ends.

Pfizer’s vaccine is already the second-highest revenue-generating drug in the world. The vaccine maker expects revenues of $15 billion in 2021 based on current contracts for its COVID vaccine, but that number could double as Pfizer says it can potentially deliver 2 billion doses this year.

Leaked documents obtained as a result of a cyberattack on the EMA and reviewed by The BMJ revealed regulators had major concerns over unexpectedly low quantities of intact mRNA in batches of the Pfizer’s COVID vaccine developed for commercial production, as reported this week by The Defender.

A leaked email identified “a significant difference in % RNA integrity/truncated species” between the clinical batches and proposed commercial batches — from around 78% to 55%. Pfizer was not manufacturing vaccines to the specifications expected, and the impact of this loss of RNA integrity on safety and efficacy of the vaccine was not identified, according to the email. The EMA responded by filing two “major objections” with Pfizer, along with a host of other questions it wanted addressed. It’s unclear if the agency’s concerns were satisfied.

The "kill the bill" protests that evolved from the Sarah Everard vigil went south. You may well have seen the photos already - a burning police vehicle, rounded up rioters, damaged businesses.

We are lucky yo have you, Baker. Thanks for sorting that out. I was also posting in the middle of a shill storm. I did find the breads and posts were from Zulu time, meaning UK, Portugal, Canary Islands time zone. I had turned off Java on my device and could see the local time of posts. Of course the people who were attacking might have been able to fake that. But why use UK time zone on all of the attacks when they could scatter it around, if they had that ability. Could be their time zone or maybe just tryna make it look like UK time zone.

I did notice overlapping post counts which could be multiple devices. I count 4 different posters (or avenues of attack?) on just one screen of my phone. See screen cap attached.

AstraZeneca Admits Vaccine Efficacy Based On "Interim" Data, Vows To Release Update Within 48 Hours

Update (0800ET): As the media (and the rest of the world) tries to figure out what exactly is going on with the AstraZeneca trial data, and whether the vaccine's ability to protect the population from COVID truly does outweigh the risks, the company has just released a statement promising to release up-to-date results from the final phase of the trial within 48 hours.

AZ said yesterday's trial conclusions were based on an "interim analysis" with all data received by the cutoff date of Feb. 17. Then, it promised to "immediately engage with the independent data safety monitoring board to share our primary analysis with the most up to date efficacy data." Results of this primary analysis will be available within 2 days.

The numbers published yesterday were based on a pre-specified interim analysis with a data cut-off of 17 February.

We have reviewed the preliminary assessment of the primary analysis and the results were consistent with the interim analysis. We are now completing the validation of the statistical analysis.

We will immediately engage with the independent data safety monitoring board (DSMB) to share our primary analysis with the most up to date efficacy data.

We intend to issue results of the primary analysis within 48 hours.

More academics complained about the optics of the situation.

"The last thing this vaccine needs is more concern when we kind of thought we were at that point now where we would put to bed all the other concerns," said Paul Griffin, an associate professor of medicine at the University of Queensland in Brisbane, who is conducting clinical studies in Australia on four Covid-19 vaccine candidates.

And reporters complained that AstraZeneca's explanation, and the whole back-and-forth between Astra and the NIH, seemed bizarre.

The efficacy rate in the US trial was stronger than the 70% figure AstraZeneca reported from an earlier study. But those data were an average of different readings (62% and 90%) from two separate arms of the study. Bottom line: Whatever the 'final' efficacy number is, it should probably be taken with a grain of salt.

To that point, Dr. Anthony Fauci, the nominal head of the NIAID, insisted that, in all likelihood, the AstraZeneca jab is "very likely a very good" vaccine. This is presumably just another in a seemingly endless stream of hiccups.

Translation: the US will follow through with plans to approve the AstraZeneca jab (after a notably lengthy delay) - but turn around and give all the AZ jabs it has on hand to Mexico and other governments.

Pretty soon, maybe AstraZeneca can stop blaming European governments for stoking skepticism about the company's COVID jab, and start blaming the US (or maybe the drugmaking giant might consider accepting some responsibility, considering the reaction to rare blood clots isn't the first safety issue to mar the jabs reputation).

One day after proclaiming to the world that an extremely thorough and credible study based in the US (but carried out both in the US and across South America) had shown its jab to be 79% effective at preventing COVID (and 100% effective at preventing serious cases of the virus-caused disease) US officials are slamming the drug company and the data for possibly misrepresenting the vaccine's efficacy.

Earlier Tuesday morning, US officials issued an unusual statement expressing concerns the company had included "outdated information" from its study and that it may have provided "an incomplete view of the efficacy data." The concern, according to the Data and Safety Monitoring Board (the group responsible for overseeing trials of new medication and vaccines), is that the report included "outdated information" which may have provided "an incomplete view" of the efficacy data.

On Monday Parliament debated the issue of vaccine passports in response to the petition which gained 290,000 signatures.

However, the Government has decided as the next step to issue a Call For Evidence. It is a sort of public consultation which anyone can participate in.

The full title is: Open Consultation. COVID Status Certification Review Call For Evidence It is vital that as many people as possible tell the Government why vaccine certificates are a bad idea.

If all the petition signatories did this we would overwhelm their system and we might frighten them into having second thoughts.

The closing date is 11.45pm on 29/3/21 so we have days to do this.

Two British space companies have successfully secured a total of £8.5 million to develop their world-leading small satellite launch technologies.

Orbex and Skyrora, both based in Scotland, received the funding under the European Space Agency’s (ESA) Boost! initiative and will use the money to develop their world-leading launch technologies further and bring them to market. This will support government’s vision for the UK to be at the global forefront of the commercial small satellite launch market.

New small satellite constellations will improve our access to data and communications and revolutionise services such as satellite navigation and earth observation, enhancing the way we see ourselves and interact with our planet.

Orbex, an orbital launch services company based in Forres near Inverness, has been awarded over £6 million, the largest Boost! award so far, to support development of their innovative Prime launch vehicle which will launch small satellites into orbit from Space Hub Sutherland in 2023. Prime is fueled by bio-propane, a clean-burning, renewable fuel which reduces CO2 emissions by 90% compared to kerosene-based fuels and has been designed to leave zero debris in orbit around the Earth. The Prime rocket is being built in Orbex’s Forres design and manufacturing site which currently employs 40 people and is looking to expand further to cater for the growing market for UK launch.

Scottish rocket company, Skyrora has received £2.5 million to complete the development of their Skyrora XL launch vehicle which will carry small satellites into orbit. This will contribute to the creation of an additional 170 jobs directly within the company and will trigger onward job creation across the UK’s space, manufacturing and engineering sectors. The vehicle is on course to be test-launched in 2022 from a UK spaceport.

The UK invested £12 million into the Boost! programme in 2019, one of the largest investments from ESA member states. The funding will also enable Skyrora and Orbex to benefit from ESA’s pioneering facilities, technical teams and business networks.

The UK aims to be the first country in Europe to offer small satellite manufacturers a direct end to end route to launch. Earlier this month, Government published its response to the Spaceflight consultation, paving the way for the UK to install a regulatory and guidance framework to enable commercial small satellite launch from 2022.

The Government’s Integrated Review into security, defence, development and foreign policy, published on 16 March, reaffirms the government’s commitment to making the UK a leading player in space, including through the UK’s first national space strategy by June.

This will bring new jobs and economic benefits to communities and organisations right across the UK, as well as inspire the next generation of space scientists and engineers.

The European Space Agency is not an EU organisation, and the UK remains a member of ESA.

Geoghegan and Lambert, who now both work for London-based PR company Thoburns, had asked a UK court to rule that they were not directors of Bell Pottinger LLP (Limited Liability Partnership) at the time that they were working on the Oakbay account, they should not be facing a disqualification hearing as they were not responsible for the company’s management.

But in a ruling handed down on Tuesday, Justice Michael Green said that any member of an LLP is “potentially liable to face disqualification proceeding,” and members did not need to sit on board level.

The ruling means that the disqualification hearing can go ahead.

Parler Just Flipped Big Tech's Jan 6th Conspiracy Theory On Its Head

In the days after the Capitol riot on January 6, 2021, Big Tech moved against a conservative alternative social media platform, Parler, based on the premise that the rioters has used Parler to plan the attack on the Capitol and that Parler had failed in its responsibility to prevent such coordination. Based on this narrative, Apple and Google removed Parler from their app stores and Amazon removed Parler’s internet hosting. Yet on Thursday, Parler flipped the narrative on its head.

On Thursday, Parler sent a response to the House Committee on Oversight and Reform’s request for documents regarding the riot, the company explained in a press release. In that response, Parler revealed that it had “proactively developed an open line of communication with the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) in the fall of 2020 and referred violent content and incitement from Parler’s platform over 50 times before January 6th. Parler also warned the FBI about specific threats of violence being planned for the events at the Capitol on January 6th.”

In its letter, Parler said that the company recognizes “legal limits to free speech” and that its policies “have always prohibited threats of violence and incitement on its platform.”

The letter details Parler’s efforts “to flag and remove unlawful speech from its platform that was not protected by the First Amendment.” It also notes that of the 270 charging documents filed by the Department of Justice, 80 percent of social media references involved Big Tech platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. “Only 5% referred to Parler.”

The letter goes on to explain that Parler accumulated over 15 million users by January 2021 and its app was the most downloaded app at the Apple App Store and the Google U.S. Play Store on January 8, 2021.

The company’s press release connected the dots.

“Big Tech rivals Facebook and Twitter saw Parler as a viable threat and ganged up with Amazon and others to de-platform and destroy the Company. Big Tech has been effectively scapegoating Parler for the riots at the Capitol, but Parler’s revelations today show that the Company acted responsibly to try and stop the violence at the Capitol on January 6th,” the press release concluded.

Along with the letter and the press release, Parler provided the emails alerting the FBI to incitements to violence on Parler’s social media platform. The company repeatedly warned its FBI contact about the potential for violence on January 6.

In one email, Parler forwarded a message from a user who called for “an armed force of American Patriots 150,000… prepared to react to the congressional events of January 6th … And follow what the Declaration of Independence has dictated to do in situations of absolute despotism.”

“One more from same account. More where this came from. Concerned about Wednesday,” a Parler employee wrote to the FBI contact on January 2, the Saturday before the events of Wednesday, January 6.

Contrary to the Big Tech narrative, Parler did its due diligence and reported threats of violence to the FBI in advance of the Capitol riot. These actions, coupled with the fact that Parler only appeared in 5 percent of the DOJ’s charging documents, completely flips the Big Tech narrative on its head. The Capitol rioters did coordinate on Parler, in part, but they also did so on other social media platforms.

Parler was not negligent in its duty to remove incitements to violence, as Amazon, Apple, and Google claimed. In fact, it removed those incitements and altered the FBI about them. Parler may not have been perfect in this regard, but the company had been proactive before the Capitol riot.

It took eighteen months, but I think it’s really working; we’ve proven the concept.

Let me show you the results, and then let me tell you how we did it — and how you might be able to, also.

I now have a signed apology from the owner of two theatres that cancelled two book signings I had scheduled back in October of 2019 for my book about Justin Trudeau called The Libranos: What the media won’t tell you about Justin Trudeau’s corruption.

I was scheduled to do a book launch in Edmonton and then in Calgary, at these great independent movie theatres.

So I signed a contract with these theatres do to my book signings there, and I paid the whole rental fee in advance, and I was excited about it.

But then, about a week before my book launch, a left-wing Twitter mob started threatening the theatre owner — they wanted to cancel my book-signing!

So I called up the theatre owner to reassure him, and I told him I’d hire some private security at my own expense just to make sure there was no problem and to put him at ease.

The owner, Mike Brar, told me in thirty years he had never cancelled a movie and he didn’t expect to start now.

But finally, when the day of the book signing came, and we all showed up — the theatre doors were locked and were kept us out.

So I did my book launch on the street outside!

What was so gross is that some of the mob were professors and staff at the University of Alberta. How awful is that — professors banning book launches. That’s disgraceful, frankly.

But like I say — what could I do? The doors were closed; the contract wasn’t honoured.

Now, as you can sort of tell, I sued Mike Brar and the two theatres for breach of contract. I had paid him in advance, he took my money and he scuppered the whole evening. I don’t like it, but I can understand it, and I really do accept his apology and the other parts of the settlement that I’m not at liberty to discuss.

But what about the real bad guys here — the mob itself?

Even Mike's own staff, Michael Corless and Jordon Thompson — they pressured him to rip up his contract with me. Do they really get to walk away from this? Does the Twitter mob? Do those woke professors?

No. And this is the lesson I want to share with you. This is how I fought back.

The marina was quite different prior to the winter of 2013/2014. The first 23 piers, along the parking area on the driveway to the marina headquarters itself, were reduced to just 17 during that winter. Slip 10 was also different before, naturally. As were the smaller vessels in the mix at that time.

So we had 1, 10, 40 both in 2013 and in 2014. The scene changed from 23 to 17.

Nearby, on the other side of the driveway, are two large docking locations for much bigger vessels, such as an actual 40 footer or bigger. These remain mostly the same across 2013/2014.

In the immediate vicinity, and through out Long Beach, there are many instances of 1 and 10, sometimes as junctins of distinct streets/avenues, sometimes as combos such as HWY 11O interways such as HWY 1 and HWY 10. Lots of variations such as an address on a street near a junction all touching on 1, 10, 40.

Add to the mix, Michagin Rally, and 1, 10, 50.

Will return with moar plus pics/vids on this. The London Pics provided a timeframe. These other pics, as tough to decipher as they have proven to be, might hold very significant comms. Hence the reason for the enigma, possibly.

It may be nothing, IDK, but check for the geometry of the pics. What is in the dead center and what is on the boundaries or just out of frame. Then return to the moar obvious observations.

On another tangent, consider the proximity of land and water in both the EMB pics and LBP. The state of Michigan is also partly bounded by water.

As an example of zooming in and then zooming back out to the moar obvious … the Sara Carter link was to an article discussing the 10 episodes detailed in the Muelle report. But there were 11 such episodes. Sara was not the only reporter to use 10 instead of 11. Might that be a 1st and 10? The report also refered to 40 FBI employees who'd be governed by FBI regs, unlike the angry democrats comprising the Mueller legal team. Revised authorities recommendation on sexual violence and sexual harassment between youngsters in faculties and faculties is now being drawn up and can be in pressure in time for the subsequent educational year in September, The Telegraph can disclose.

Government sources stated a cross-Whitehall group of officers is predicted to fulfill minsters within the coming weeks. A supply added: “We take all allegations and considerations about sexual abuse or violence extraordinarily severely and are working with multi-agency safeguarding companions to make sure the protection of all youngsters in all faculties, together with in impartial faculties.

“Where schools do not meet the strict safeguarding standards that we have in place, we will always take action. If it becomes clear that there are current failings in any school’s safeguarding practice, we will immediately ask Ofsted or the Independent Schools Inspectorate to conduct an inspection. If a school is found to not be meeting the required safeguarding standard, we will make sure it either improves or closes.”

The Metropolitan Police launched an investigation on Friday evening after saying it had obtained a number of reviews of offences, with officers reviewing dozens of distressing accounts on Everyone’s Invited by ladies of the harassment, abuse and assault they face from male pupils.

Scotland Yard stated officers had been establishing whether or not any potential victims in London may very well be inspired to report crimes, with a number of already coming ahead. A hyperlink can also be now accessible on the web site to report crimes on to Scotland Yard.

Phonetically, the first thought ref UK would be Walter Raleigh. He has a statue in Greenwich (a bit outside our usual stomping grounds), but that also includes a dock of sorts, the Cutty Sark is there. Also nearby is the New Zealand memorial and we have New Zealand house in the background of our CH pics. Apparently there is a Greenwich (park) area of Detroit MI, but Google maps doesn't appear to show it, just a pub.

There is no slip 40. That is way too high a number of slips -for Basin 1 anyway.

Long Beach Marina was refurbished in 2013/2014. The first group of slips, 1-to-23, were replaced with larger but fewer slips, 1-to-17. As a result, while slip 1 remained the first in the sequence, slip 10 was relocated from the 'inside corner'.

Think mirror. Before the refurbishment, the current slip 10 was slip 13 and the new slip 7 was the old slip 10. The open question at the moment is, can we establish what vessel occupied the old slip 10, i.e. the current slip 7, prior to the refurbishment? In SV that slip showed unoccupied at the time the images were taken pre-2013.

On the other hand, the GE imagery showed a work vessel in the new slip 7 i.e. the old slip 10 during at least part of the refurbishment in the winter of 2013/2014. Prolly just happenstance.

Re the full Marina map, it is a pdf which I could not make a link to. Perhaps more able anon can link it. I would screen cap it but resolution when trying to just cap it is crap. But when you go to the pdf you can zoom in with clarity.

What if the aqualink was not taken OUT of Basin 1 but INTO Basin 1? From where Carnival Cruise Line or Queen Mary are?

If the boat in slip 7 is a contact or transport to someplace else like Catalina where MANY boats go? And from there they disappear on another boat up the coast. There is also the route FROM Catalina to nearby Queen Mary and from there to Basin 1 to make contact with a certain boat captain. Many possibilities.
