There are four 15-minute quarters in American football. There are two "kickoffs" in a game; at the beginning and the start of the second half. At the beginning of the game, the team which won a coin toss will be the team to receive the kickoff from the team losing the coin toss and begin the game in an offensive posture. At the beginning of the 2nd half, the other team will receive the kickoff and be in an offensive posture. There are no "kickoffs" or loss if possession (of the ball) at the beginning of the 2nd and 4th quarters.

"When does the clock run out?"

Answer: After each quarter. But is Q hinting at the end of the game? When a team is winning and they want to deny their (opponents) the chance to try to score, they will "run out the clock". This is done nearing the end of a quarter but decidedly at the end of the game.

As a side note that the clock can run out in basketball as well. No clock running out in baseball.

In the one post in which Q said they (white hats) had the "ball" the entire time, Q was linking to a pic of the "accidental" sub missile launch. "Ball" possibly meant "football" as in the nuuke futbol that is with POTUS all the time mebbe? A game of football suddenly has a diff meaning. When is a game (football) not a game?

Interestingly, at the beginning (KICKOFF) of the second half, there are technically 30 minutes of clock time remaining. [-30]

Q has used "-30" in many posts, so possible double meanings to be looked at in those?

Also interesting, as relates to Q, in HTML the symbol "&" can stand for "less than".

Taking that with "10" we have "less than 10".

Could "less than 10" possibly be a reference to Q? First (down) and Q at the 50, would be a pretty good field position to START an offensive.

Possible other meaning for START could be Strategic Arms Reduction Treaty?

Pic unrelated but posted for anons to look for possible connections.
