Anon, you sent me on a journey to the archives, UK Bread #19 to be precise. I think UGC2847 may be the same as NGC2847 but by a diff name. I think you might be the only other anon to dig that fascinating coincidence in LONDON2847.
I think it is really cool that, if we had a good telescope, we could see object 2847 within our field of view in the night sky of LONDON2847 and at approx the same time as we think Q's pic was taken. See cap of object tucked underneath the constellation HYDRA.
Anons, I almost read the entire UK Bread #19 and am re-inspired. What a great bit of teamwork digging on the LONDON PICS that was and the progress made- high tide confirmed in ROT1, a study of Moonphases relative to time of evening, LISA, ROT and CH pics connected using details like building lights and bicyclists in yellow or red mack jackets, date narrowed by Boris bikes, timeframe narrowed by very hard tedious work locating pics or vids containing construction shoud/hoarding on Westminster Palace, the location and dating of the black box pic by looking at (by hard werk of finding and analyzing) the progression of stickers placed and removed, connecting the box and its location with British/Iranian Chamber if Commerce and vicinity to the Nuclear Decommissioning Agency, connection of the bus bench to ClearChannel partly owned by Mitt Romney, finding the Holiday planters on the Britannia store at Piccadilly, finding the Gadget Award sign for LG-G2 phone at Piccadilly, and on the list goes.
