Ex CAB adviser here. So sorry to read your problems. Take a look at these links . You shouldn't have to pay money for advice. CAB doesn't charge, staffed mainly by volunteers, funded by local councils and, I think, govt. Don't know how national debtline is funded, I'm afraid, possibly by banks since it's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) authorised.

Both CAB & Nat Debtline have huge amount of info on line plus ability to chat. Incidentally, the one thing CAB doesn't do is give advice. It gives information and the opportunity to explore options so you can decide what looks best for you.
Please start looking today. Just taking that first step should help you feel better. There should be options to reach agreement with those *** card companies, so they stop bothering you, and maybe stop the interest increasing.
