Putin Challenges Biden To Stair-Climbing Contest

MOSCOW—Vladimir Putin has challenged Joe Biden to a contest of wits, strength, and cunning: a stair-ascending contest. The winner of the contest will gain control of the other country.

"Stair-ascending contest, me and you, right now, let's go," said Putin as he met with the American president. "He who wins become supreme glorious leader forever of other puny weak man." Biden agreed to the contest, though it wasn't clear he knew who this man was or where they were.

"3… 2… 1… climb!" shouted the referee before firing off a pistol. Biden got off to a rocky start as he was startled by the gunshot and scurried off in the wrong direction. Putin, meanwhile, just walked up the stairs. Biden started gaining on him as his handlers corralled him and pointed him in the right direction, but he kept falling over and tumbling down the stairs.

It all looked good for Russia until Putin had to stop a few times to sign execution papers for journalists who criticized him, squandering his lead.

Finally, Biden jumped in a stair lift and started to close the gap, but it was too little, too late, and Putin emerged at the top of the 30-step staircase victorious.

Well, thanks to Biden losing the stair contest, we are now part of Russia. We also just want to say that Vladimir Putin is one fine fellow and a fantastic man, and he deserved to win and we welcome him as our new leader for life.

Capitol Police To Remove Fencing, Admitting No “Credible Threat Against Congress”.

Outer fencing surrounding the U.S. Capitol complex will be removed this weekend, with acting House Sergeant-at-Arms Timothy P. Blodgett admitting there is no “credible threat” that “warrants” the perimeter.

“In an email to members and staff, Blodgett said that by Monday, Independence and Constitution avenues will be open for traffic. The inner layer of fencing will remain around the Capitol Square area while the Architect of the Capitol makes security repairs to the Capitol,” Roll Call explains.

The acting House Sergeant-at-Arms emphasized, “there does not exist a known, credible threat against Congress or the Capitol Complex that warrants the temporary security fencing.”

Concerning the National Guard, troops “will continue to maintain a presence to support our increased security posture although their presence has been modified to support a reduced perimeter.”

A few hours after Biden’s interview with Stephanopoulos aired where he threatened Putin, Russia recalled its ambassador to the United States, a sign relations are strained between the US and Russia.

Putin hit back at Biden for calling him a “killer” and said ‘it takes one to know one.’

Putin upped the ante and challenged dementia Joe to a live, public debate knowing full well he is incapable because of his cognitive decline.

Jobless Claims Climb…Remain at Extremely High Levels Despite Reopening

The Conservative Brief is reporting about America’s economic crisis and the latest jobless claims. As the country approaches the fourth month of 2021, the shutdowns and job losses from 2020 still linger.

Many businesses are still working to recuperate, get back on their feet, and (re)hire workers. Capacity limits imposed upon certain establishments have complicated this process; however, more and more states are lifting these limits on businesses, hence paving the way for more customers.

Unfortunately, the latest weekly unemployment claims indicate that there is still much work to do before the economy reaches its pre-COVID-19 state, according to Breitbart News.

According to the Labor Department, unemployment claims for the week of March 7 through March 13 surged to 770K. This is a notably high rate, unfortunately, and remains very indicative of layoffs.

In another alarming piece of news, current unemployment claims surpass those of the March 2009 economic crisis. Now, some Americans are questioning why joblessness claims remain at their current rate despite the gradual economic recovery and more opportunities for workers.

The answer ultimately boils down to the very high pressure within the labor market. This means that workers who are able to rapidly secure employment may not ever appear on employment rolls.

Another relevant and ongoing situation is that many Americans suffering job loss are also struggling to find employment to replace the aforementioned loss; therefore, they have no recourse aside from seeking government benefits.

Right now, the nation still has much work to do in regards to getting Americans back to work and rebuilding the economy. Sadly, we’re not even close to being out of the woods; this is just one reason why reopenings, pulling back capacity restrictions on businesses, etc., are so deeply paramount.

Some Americans have been able to return to work, and others will be able to get back their old jobs. However, not everyone falls into one of these camps. Some people lost their jobs for good when certain businesses permanently closed their doors. Many of these individuals are the ones seeking unemployment aid to remain afloat financially.

Joe Biden called President Vladimir Putin a “killer,” and in response, Putin wants to have a live debate with Biden.

Biden this week decided to show what a tough guy he is and take swipes at Russian President Vladimir Putin, and Putin has responded in kind, The Daily Mail reported.

“I would say to him: I wish you good health,” Putin said of Biden. “I say that without irony and not as a joke.”

The priest who presided over Joe Biden’s inauguration mass is now under investigation in California for “inappropriate behavior.”

According to a statement from Santa Clara University, where Father Kevin O’Brien is the president, he “exhibited behaviors in adult settings, consisting primarily of conversations, which may be inconsistent with established Jesuit protocols and boundaries.”

The statement did not elaborate on what those conversations entailed or what the allegations against him are.

O’Brien presided over Mass for Biden, Kamala Harris, their families and congressional leaders during Biden’s inauguration at the Cathedral of St. Matthew the Apostle in Washington, D.C.

Rev. Jerry Pokorsky wrote on the website CatholicCulture.org that Biden is the “most aggressively anti-Catholic president in history.”

“In less than a month after his inauguration, he issued a statement celebrating the 48th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. He said he is ‘committed to codifying’ the decision that legalized abortion. He promised he will be ‘appointing judges that respect foundational precedents like Roe.’ He rescinded the pro-life Mexico City Policy, which ensured that foreign aid would not go to organizations that perform or refer for abortions,” Pokorsky noted.

BIDEN’S AMERICA: Ford Snubs U.S. To Build ‘Next Generation’ Vehicles In Mexico

Elections have consequences. The union members who voted for Joe Biden were naive to think that a career politician would be serious about protecting their jobs. Now they are quickly discovering that they were sold a bad bill of goods.

Biden’s claims of being a champion of the working class were exactly like his calls for “unity”: just a bunch of empty rhetoric. Although you’d never know it with the way it was gushed over by the media and low information voters, but we all knew it had no basis in reality.

Now that there is no chance of repercussions from Donald J. Trump, auto manufacturer Ford has reneged on its agreement to produce a new line of vehicles at its plant in Avon Lake, Ohio. It will now shift production to Mexico.

As a part of the 2019 contract, Ford agreed to invest $900 million to the plant that would be adding a ‘next-generation’ product which likely means electrically-powered vehicles. Now those “green jobs” will be exported.

The bad news was delivered to workers in a letter from Gerald Kariem, the vice president of the powerful United Auto Workers (UAW) union that backed Biden and Kamala Harris over Trump.

He added, “‘We are intensely exploring our options at this time.”

Ford’s sucker punch to the Ohio workers was met with anger by the Buckeye State’s two sitting U.S. senators.

“I’m very concerned about it. I don’t know that it’s accurate, I hope it’s not,” said Republican Rob Portman; “Ford has made a commitment to be the biggest U.S. manufacturer — in other words, of all the U.S. companies — that they will manufacture more in the United States than anybody else. They do that now. I hope that they choose to continue to keep that product at Avon Lake, and I’m weighing in strongly encouraging that,” he added.

Democrat Sherrod Brown vowed to appeal to the White House.

“We’re working with the White House. We’re going to put a lot of pressure on Ford management,” “It’s the same old story — they make promises or shut down production or fail to invest and they move to Mexico because they can save on labor costs and environmental costs. That’s what the auto industry has done in our state for decades, and we’re fighting back,” said Brown to reporters.

Biden’s first two months have resulted in thousands of jobs being destroyed, now that “America First” has been abandoned. The ideologues running the show are determined to impose their reckless Green New Deal policies on an already battered public, regardless of the economic carnage.

The giant sucking sound of failed Democrat policies has now reached a deafening pitch. Those “green jobs” Joe Biden and his fellow Dems promised have been revealed to be more of the same malarkey. Unsurprisingly it’s all coming from a man who has been in Washington for over five decades and never accomplished a thing that mattered for the working class.

Cuomo Hits Brutal New Low in Poll as Downward Spiral Continues

Support for embattled Democratic New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is fading among New Yorkers, according to a new Quinnipiac University poll.

Cuomo has been buffeted by a steady drip of allegations of sexual harassment, as well as creating a workplace culture of rampant sexism and toxic hostility. The governor is also accused of working with his aides to hide the full extent of the deaths of nursing home residents linked to his policy of forcing the homes to accept COVID-19 positive patients.

Outrage over the sexual harassment claims, which includes the recent allegation that Cuomo groped a current staffer, has led top New York Democrats to call for Cuomo to resign. He has vowed that he will not step down, though at least seven women have raised allegations of sexual harassment so far.

A March 4 related survey from Quinnipiac showed that even after two solid weeks of allegations, 55 percent of New Yorker voters said Cuomo should stay in office, compared to 40 percent who said he should go.

However, a new poll conducted this week shows that Cuomo’s popularity appears to be dwindling — with just 49 percent of voters saying the governor should not resign and 43 percent saying he should.

The poll surveyed 905 self-identified New York voters from Tuesday to Wednesday, and reported a margin of error of +/- 3.3 percentage points.

Pollsters found that political fault lines determined how New Yorkers view Cuomo, with 67 percent of Democrats saying he should not quit and 72 percent of Republicans saying he should. Independents were split — 49 percent said Cuomo should stay and 42 percent said it was time for the governor to go.

The poll also found that most New York voters want the current investigation to conclude before Cuomo quits, should it be necessary. Almost two-thirds of those polled do not want Cuomo to run for another term.

“Though some of his fellow Democrats are clearly ready to usher him out the door of the Executive Mansion and point him toward the Thruway, the vast majority of the party sees a next step as necessary,” Quinnipiac polling analyst Tim Malloy said.

“They want a full investigation before deciding whether Cuomo should resign.”

Cuomo’s performance is becoming increasingly viewed with scorn.

Only 39 percent of those polled approve of his performance, down from 45 percent in early March — the lowest rating he’s had since Cuomo took power in 2011.

Cuomo also polled a 33 percent favorability rating, the lowest Quinnipiac has ever recorded of the governor, dating back to 2008 when Cuomo was state attorney general. On March 4, his rating was 44 percent.

Further, 58 percent say the governor is not honest and trustworthy — also the lowest score in this category of his polling history.

“With so-so numbers on empathy and plummeting numbers on honesty and trustworthiness, it’s too early to suggest Cuomo has gone from hero to zero, but his anti-COVID crusader standing has taken a brutal broadside,” Malloy said.

The poll showed that 50 percent of voters believe the allegations of sexual harassment against Cuomo are mostly true, while 58 percent say he tried to cover up the extent to which his policies led to the deaths of New Yorkers in nursing homes.

“Was there an act of deception concocted in Albany over the loss of the most vulnerable? History tells us cover-ups kill political careers… and for the moment, the voters have their concerns,” Malloy said.

Cuomo Hit With New Allegation, Allegedly Told A Woman What He Would Do To Her If He Were a Dog

According to a new sexual harassment allegation, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo allegedly told a woman he would try to “mount” her if he were a dog.

The new allegation is being brought forward by Cuomo’s original accuser Lindsey Boylan.

During an interview with Ronan Farrow of The New Yorker, Boylan says, “I remember being grossed out but also, like, what a dumb third-grade thing to say. … I just shrugged it off.”

Farrow said, “A spokesperson for Cuomo declined to comment specifically on the claim, but reiterated Cuomo’s denial that he behaved inappropriately with Boylan.”

Farrow wrote: “At a press conference that February, Cuomo had proudly showed off his new puppy, a Siberian-Shepherd-Malamute mix named Captain. After the meeting, Boylan said that she made her way toward the entrance with the Governor, and Captain approached her. When the dog jumped up and down near her, Boylan said, she reached out to calm him, and then backed away. Cuomo, she said, joked that if he were a dog, he would try to “mount” her as well. The allegations surrounding Cuomo continue to pile up and things only seem to be getting worse for the New York Democrat.

Earlier in the month, Cuomo was hit with his worst allegation to date when an anonymous accuser said that Cuomo called her to his mansion for help with “technical issues.” Once the woman got there, Cuomo “reached under her blouse” and “aggressively groped” her.

The accusation was so bad that it got referred to the state police.

“As a matter of state policy, when allegations of physical contact are made, the agency informs the complainant that they should contact their local police department,” said Cuomo’s acting counsel, Beth Garvey in a statement. “If they decline, the agency has an obligation to reach out themselves and inform the department of the allegation.”

“In this case, the person is represented by counsel and when counsel confirmed the client did not want to make a report, the state notified the police department and gave them the attorney’s information,” Garvey added.

Last week, New York Democrats launched an impeachment inquiry against Cuomo as sexual misconduct allegations continue to stack up against him.“New York State lawmakers, many of them Democrats, opened an impeachment inquiry into Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo on Thursday, signaling that members of the governor’s party were abandoning him amid a series of sexual harassment allegations,” The New York Times reports.

The State Assembly will have a “broad jurisdiction” to investigate the claims made against the New York governor.

A massive development that was also revealed during the announcement was that the Democrats will also be looking into Cuomo’s nursing home scandal where he allegedly covered up nursing home deaths due to the COVID pandemic.
