A 2011 documentary called Love Crimes of Kabul shows some examples. Mostly young men and women sitting in prison, waiting on a Judge to approve the financial terms of a marriage between them for the crime of being caught together, alone, without a proper chaperone.
If a chick can get herself "caught" with a horny son of a wealthy man, she stands a good chance of a easy life after a few months in prison. It seems to be a gamble many Afghani women are willing to make if for whatever reason their original pre-arranged marriage contract doesn't pan out. For example, if her pre-arranged suitor isnt wealthy enough she can create the circumstances to compel the community to provide her with a different suitor. Its quite bizzare to watch.
