Democrats lower crime rates in Baltimore by not prosecuting crime

Man these Democrats are geniuses!

Baltimore was a crime ridden shit hole

Not Anymore! Why? Because they no longer prosecute for drugs, prostitution, traffic violations, and other "Minor Offences."

If you run a red light while slamming heroin, it's all good. And why shouldn't it be? If they stopped you, it would only make the crime statistics look bad.

Soon Baltimore will have the lowest rates of crime in the nation!
