Liberal Boston Hospital to Set Up Preferential Treatment Based on Race, Whites Last – Want to Make This a National Policy

A Boston hospital is set to offer preferential care to patients based on race. The proposed “pilot initiative” uses a “reparations framework” that focuses on “Black and Latinx patients and community members” and prioritizes their care.

The authors of the program insist that the Boston initiative be a “replicable pilot program” to be launched in hospitals across the country.

The Washington Examiner reported:

Brigham and Women’s Hospital hospital says it will offer “preferential care based on race” and “race-explicit interventions” in an attempt to engage in an “antiracist agenda for medicine” based on critical race theory.

A Boston Review article titled “An Antiracist Agenda for Medicine” lays out a plan from Brigham and Women’s Hospital that implements a “reparations framework” for distributing medical resources in order to “comprehensively confront structural racism.”

“Together with a coalition of fellow practitioners and hospital leaders, we have developed what we hope will be a replicable pilot program for direct redress of many racial health care inequities,” Harvard Medical School instructors Bram Wispelwey and Michelle Morse wrote in the article.

Eagle Pass CBP Officers Seize Narcotics Worth Over $1.8 Million

EAGLE PASS, Texas—U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Office of Field Operations (OFO) officers at the Eagle Pass Port of Entry seized narcotics worth over $1.8 million in two separate unrelated enforcement actions.

“In an effort to secure our nation’s borders, as these narcotics seizures clearly illustrate, CBP has implemented enforcement strategies that have furthered the disruption of dangerous drugs from entering the country,” said Port Director Paul Del Rincon, Eagle Pass Port of Entry.

The first enforcement action occurred on Monday, April 5, at the Eagle Pass International Bridge after a CBP officer referred a 2005 Ford Ranger for a secondary inspection. The vehicle was driven by a 21-year-old male United States citizen who applied for entry into the United States from Mexico. Following a non-intrusive imaging system inspection, CBP officers discovered a total of 24 packages containing 73.7 pounds of alleged methamphetamine concealed within the tires of the vehicle.

The second seizure occurred on Monday, April 5, 2021 at the Camino Real International Bridge II after a CBP officer referred a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado for a secondary inspection. The vehicle was driven by a 60-year-old male Mexican citizen who applied for entry into the United States from Mexico. Following a canine and non-intrusive imaging system inspection, CBP officers discovered a total of 17 packages containing 17.9 pounds of alleged methamphetamine concealed within two ice chests inside the vehicle.

Both seizures have a combined estimated street value of $1,832,463.

CBP officers seized the narcotics and vehicles. The first case was turned over to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement-Homeland Security Investigations (ICE-HSI) special agents for further investigation. The second case was turned over to Maverick County Sheriff’s office for further investigation.

CBP Officers Apprehend Man Wanted on Child Sexual Assault Charges at Pharr International Bridge

PHARR, Texas—U.S. Customs and Border Protection, Office of Field Operations (OFO) at the Pharr International Bridge apprehended Jose Gerardo Ibarra after discovering he had an arrest warrant from the Dallas Police Department for felony child sexual assault charges.

“Assisting our law enforcement partners locate fugitives of the law is one of the many duties our officers perform on a daily basis,” said Port Director Carlos Rodriguez, Port of Hidalgo/Pharr/Anzalduas. “Apprehending individuals wanted in connection with alleged crimes of a sexual nature involving children exemplifies the border security aspect of our mission.”

On April 6, 2021, Ibarra, a 28-year-old U.S. citizen from Edinburg, Texas arrived at the Pharr-Reynosa International Bridge driving a grey Mercedes sedan and an initial primary check revealed that he was a possible match to an arrest warrant. CBP officers escorted him to secondary where biometric verification was conducted and confirmed the outstanding warrant on Ibarra. The warrant was issued in March 2021 for alleged incidents that occurred in 2019 in Dallas involving a 14-year-old girl and first-degree felony charges were filed.

CBP OFO arrested Ibarra and deputies with the Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office transported him to the county jail to await extradition procedures.

BROWNSVILLE, Texas – U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) officers at the Brownsville Port of Entry intercepted narcotics in two separate enforcement actions that have a combined estimated street value of $132,252.

The first seizure took place on Wednesday, Mar. 31, at the Veterans International Bridge when a 19-year-old male United States citizen from Brownsville, Texas, applied for entry into the United States driving a 1998 Jeep. The vehicle was referred to CBP secondary for further examination after a primary inspection. In secondary, CBP officers discovered five packages hidden within the 1998 Jeep. CBP officers removed the packages, which contained a total of 11.37 pounds of alleged cocaine.

The second seizure took place on Friday, Apr. 2, at the Gateway International Bridge when an 18-year-old female United States citizen from Matamoros, Tamaulipas, Mexico, applied for entry into the United States as a pedestrian. The traveler was referred to CBP secondary for further examination after a primary inspection. While in the secondary inspection area, CBP officers discovered three packages hidden under the woman’s clothing. CBP officers removed the packages, which contained a total of 2.22 pounds of alleged methamphetamine.

The estimated street value of the narcotics from the seizures is approximately $87,720 and $44,532 respectively.

CBP officers seized the narcotics along with the vehicle, arrested the driver and the pedestrian and turned them over to the custody of Homeland Security Investigations (HSI) special agents for further investigation.

Biden’s DHS Budget: More $$ for Migrants and Lawyers, No $$ for the Wall

President Joe Biden’s first budget for border security would discard unspent funds for the border wall and then spend extra money to legalize more migrants and launch more investigations of immigration enforcement officers.

The pro-migration budget request to Congress was announced Friday by the administration, which said it wants $52 billion for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) from October 2021 to September 2022.

The request is short on details, but it asks Congress to take back money appropriated in prior years for the construction of the border wall:

The discretionary request includes no additional funding for border wall construction and proposes the cancellation of prior-year balances that are unobligated at the end of 2021.

Biden’s deputies have halted the border wall’s construction, even though many of the gaps used by migrants could be closed by the unspent money that Congress allocated in 2019 and 2020 to the construction of the border wall. More than $1 billion of allocated funds has not been obligated to contractors.

The Biden budget does not ask for extra funds to hire more agents to block and deport the current surge of roughly one million migrants seeking access to Americans’ jobs, wages, and schools.

But the Biden request does ask for extra money to ensure that more border agents and enforcement officers can face threatened or real investigation of claimed crimes:

This funding level also provides $470 million, an additional $84 million over the 2021 enacted level, for the Offices of Professional Responsibility at Customs and Border Protection and Immigration and Customs Enforcement, to ensure that DHS workforce complaints, including those related to white supremacy or ideological and non-ideological beliefs, are investigated expeditiously.

On Friday the White House issued a statement on spiraling tensions with China over the Taiwan issue, saying that the US is "not looking for confrontation with China" but that it's concerned over Beijing's "potentially destabilizing" actions in the region.

The statement came after White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki was asked whether the administration believed that China is on the cusp of invading Taiwan. But in terms of avoiding "confrontation" - another announcement Friday all but ensures that confrontation is exactly what we're headed toward: the Biden admin has just opened up the ability of American officials to freely meet with their Taiwan counterparts.

While for decades the US has maintained stringent rules and restrictions on its own diplomats and officials regarding such meetings in accord with keeping its 'One China' policy, these have now been largely lifted.

FT relates the following details in the wake of Friday's published guidelines: "US officials will be able to meet more freely with their Taiwanese counterparts under new Biden administration guidelines, the latest move by the White House aimed at checking increased aggression by Beijing in the region."

"The new rules, which are to be issued by the US state department on Friday, according to American officials, will ease decades-old restrictions that have hampered meetings between American and Taiwanese diplomats."

However, there will still be "guardrails" in place - for example regarding meeting on particular holidays in Taiwan which would be considered especially brazen, which would surely earn Beijing's rebuke of violating the One China stance. Regardless China has of late frequently leveled this charge, particularly with multiple and unprecedented US delegations that visited the island within the last 6 months of the Trump administration. And last month under Biden the US envoy to Palau become to first American ambassador to be received in Taiwan since 1979.

Mexico Tells Biden: Expect ‘Constant and Growing’ Migration

More migrants are coming to the United States, and the solution is more U.S. foreign aid to Central America, says Mexico’s foreign minister.

“If you look at the region from different points of view, but especially demographics and economics, it is clear the flows are going to be constant and growing in coming years,” said foreign secretary Marcelo Ebrard, according to an Associated Press April 8 report.

“The United States will have to allocate $2 billion per year for development in these countries, in Honduras, Guatemala, and El Salvador,” said Ebrard, who is involved in the slow-motion negotiations with the White House about the migration surge into the United States.

The $2 billion per year is roughly twice as much money as the $1 billion per year that President Joe Biden has suggested the U.S. should spend in Central America.

But Biden’s offer of $1 billion is equivalent to just $30.22 per person in Central America — and is only a tiny slice of the economic damage caused by U.S. extraction-migration policies to ordinary Americans, Mexicans, and the people in Central America.

More importantly, there is little evidence the U.S. wants to stop migration from Central America, said Rob Law, the director of regulatory affairs and policy at the Center for Immigration Studies.

Many U.S. business groups and donors want to extract migrants from nearby countries because they stimulate the U.S. economy, minimize wage gains by Americans, pump up consumer sales, and boost rental prices. The 2021 inflow under Biden’s border welcome is likely to add roughly 1 million people — or about one migrant for every four Americans who turn 18 and begin looking for jobs.

Biden’s extraction-migration policy is also damaging to Mexico, said Law, because it “just gets trampled on by caravans and further fuels, the integration of the [armed] cartels and the [migrant-smuggling] coyotes.” Law added:

Mexico is trying to really figure out what the actual [White House] position is because there’s so much wink and nod language coming out of the Bible administration.

[U.S. officials] say they don’t want the border crisis, and say they’re sending all of this [aid] money down to address root causes [in Central America], even though the root cause is the Biden administration itself.

By rewarding the movement of migrants into the United States, Biden’s White House is “colonizing Central America by extracting the populations and bringing them here, so destroying those [Central American] countries,” said Law.

In March, Biden handed the migration portfolio to Vice President Kamala Harris, who has enthusiastically supported migration from Central America into the United States. Since then, her staff has claimed she is trying to resolve the “root causes” of migration, but not to curb the current inflow.

Multi-day sex trafficking sting nets 144 arrests across San Diego County

SAN DIEGO (KGTV) — More than 140 men were arrested during a four-day sex trafficking sting across San Diego County.

Authorities said Friday that "Operation Century Week" netted 144 arrests and charges of solicitation of prostitution from April 5 to 8. The operation, targeting sex buyers and traffickers, was conducted by the San Diego Human Trafficking Task Force (HTTF) and in partnership with officers from San Diego Sheriff's, Chula Vista, Escondido, and San Diego Police departments.

Officers worked undercover, at various hotels, and on social media to target potential sex trafficking suspects and buyers, according to SDSO Lt. Nancy Blanco.

Same Apple that smears Georgia’s voter ID laws as “racist” now launching vaccine passport ID system on all iPhones

According to Apple, it is totally racist for residents of Georgia to have to show proper identification before being allowed to vote. However, when it comes to allowing people to travel internationally without a Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) “vaccine passport,” Apple says not a chance.

To help facilitate the global enslavement of all people under Chinese virus tyranny, in fact, Apple will soon launch a digital travel pass app in partnership with the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Similar to how travelers already have to wear a face mask in order to board an airplane, digital travel pass holders will have to either test “negative” or show that they have been injected with Chinese chemicals in order to fly.

Apple’s Wuhan flu vaccine passport will launch around mid-April, while Google’s Android version is expected to launch sometime in mid-May. The app will be called the “IATA Travel Pass,” according to a spokesperson from the association.

“With this app, IATA also aims to provide governments with the confidence to reopen borders without imposing quarantines on incoming travelers,” the association further reveals on its website.

The “free” app will reportedly include up-to-date travel, testing and vaccine requirements for the various legs of a traveler’s trip. It also contains a global registry of testing and injection centers, along with an option to create a “digital passport” that allows for travelers to share their testing or injection certificates with airlines and health authorities.

IATA Regional Vice President for Africa and the Middle East Kamil Alawadhi stated last month the pass “will only achieve its success once airlines, different countries, (and) airports adopt it.”

“A huge amount of airlines have requested to be on board,” he explained.

Virgin Atlantic to trial Apple’s vaccine passport app starting on April 16

One of the first airlines to test out the new app is U.K.-based Virgin Atlantic. Virgin will trial the app on all U.K.-Barbados flights starting on April 16, with collaboration from the government of Barbados which will accept the pass at its border.

To participate, fliers will need to download the pass to their iPhones and create a digital ID that contains a profile photograph and passport information before the relevant Wuhan coronavirus (Covid-19) information is uploaded and tied to a person’s identity.
